    We have two set of power block dumbbells the 50 pound pair are way nicer that the 25 pound pair.
    After a stretch I do 3x10 sets of the bellow listed block followed by the Triathlon Taren core one routine
    Hammer curls
    Alternating curls ten reps per arm
    Tricepts extension
    Overhead press
    Chest fly
    I add 15 pounds
    Chest press
    Rotating chest press
    Decline press
    Hip thrusts
    Stand back up
    Front loaded a
    Squats
    Goblet sumo squats only one heave weight for this
    Dead lift
    Calf raises
    Duck calf raises
    I keep all of this pretty light and try to move through the blocks to get an aerobic effect as well the lifting takes me about thirty minutes. Take care steve

    I like the idea of a report card and focusing on the process. I have a simple 30 minute functional strength routine it only takes a set of adjustable dumbells. If you want the rep list messageme back

    You do bike workouts on TrainerRoad - Aren't able to swim - With a grade of C in the Run..What's the need for a coach? Can you share more about this?

      Hey Matthew - the run is my focus in terms of improving overall. I am a bit critical, and I have lofty run goals that I’m working toward. Maybe I can dive a little deeper into my run history and how my coach has adjusted my training at some point, but the “C” grade I gave myself is really a big improvement!
