When the little anti-plastic latch doesnt hold the big latch anymore from getting back into the nightlatch, does that mean the nightlatch needs replacement?

Great demo, 1:35 just wonder if you have a additional 5 lever mortice lock on the bottom, would this feature be irrelevant as the door would already be locked from inside and out?

I have this lock and after a while it has now become difficult to shut. Is there some weird mode which makes it like that ? I have to push the lower triangle in after opening the door to leave to make the top bit shut without slamming the door ?

Hi, could you tell me how to affix an ERA Nightlatch lock body back onto the mounting plate? There are two small hooked parts at the rear of the plate that I can't seem to get the lock body over. Thanks.

I have a lock like this in my flat, but I am unable to lock it from the inside like you do at 1:47 Do you know why this might be the case? It has a place for me to put the key in, but it won't turn - it just turns the handle.
