DO NOT TAKE VITAMIN D3 WITHOUT REGULAR BLOOD TESTS TO CHECK YOUR LEVELS‼️ I was taking 4000iu daily and it caused me a lot of pain and was on the verge of toxicity.

You realize that ascorbic acid is just the chemical name for vitamin c. There is no difference in the molecular structure of the compound, whether or not it is naturally sourced or synthetically produced. If there was, it wouldn't be or be called ascorbic acid.

Vitamin C is very debatable. Some people can develop kidney disease with excessive Vitamin C.
Or you could get 15 to 30 minutes of sunshine each day to get your D3.
That is dependent on your skin tone as well as time of the day though.
