*Works so well **Fastly.Cool** that it only requires daytime operation until high temp and humidity are overnight. It is difficult to get to side filters, but back is easily accessible.*
Purchased: August 2023 - still works GREAT!I czcams.com/users/postUgkxxsUnXhGsSJLim_XnMHyQK0u3XVaW-CGn live in a studio and during the summer it gets scorching hot - really old building with no ac units. I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!
@@az7ai971 its ok for a small room but dont expect much unlike on window type. Advantage of this portable u can bring any room cons is hose drain u need to have a big bucket to put it the water,
Use the drain hose and get a good size bucket and a little container as well. Depending on the humidity where I am, depends on how much water is in the bucket. I dump it about every 4 hours. I have a small container to put the hose into while I dump the water from the bucket.
Just bought today local Walmart, got it home, box appeared perfect condition and factory sealed. Opened and unpacked box, nice looking unit but not a shred of paper in the box. No owners manual, no instructions, no warranty info, Nothing! Nada! Zip! Hope it works.
yes it was left out..the drain hose is definitely the problem. i have this in my room and the container usually fills up fast.. need to always check, or else it will spill in the floor.
@@AreleftRKOV4 Only to a point about evaporation. What most people don't realize is on regular window air conditioners, they drip water on the outside. With these portable totally inside a/c's there is a drain tray on the inside at the bottom of the portable a/c. If you don't have a drain hose hooked up leading to a bucket, that tray will overflow and leak onto the floor.
@@jbpicks6837 Exactly. I have a large bucket for my drain hose and dump it about every 4 hours. I find the more humid it is, the faster that bucket gets water.
only exhaust hose? no inlet hose? this is terrible! Dont buy this, every AC at minimum needs an inlet and exhaust hoses to the outside to cool efficiently and efffectively, otherwise you will be seriously disappointed with the amount you pay that happens to be the same as a wall mounted air conditioner with compressor with 2 hoses, one for cold air to go in, one for hot air to go out. The whole idea is to transfer heat from a sealed room outside, in this case the room isnt sealed since the air inside is going out which if cooler at a temperatuer of 26C vs outside of 31C will just be wasting electricity and losing the cold from your room.

How to open the midea portable aircond? Need to clean the dust.
Recently i bought this model. But i dont know whether need to use the drain hose? Or do not need until it pop out P1.

What about making sure length of plastic fits window? I have 2 parts. This sucks😢
need to drain?
Window adjuster does not fit my window, blocks the tube form going into the hole, doesn't work any other way
The hose pipe is too large, it is difficult to tidy up the space.

You may not be technical person
There's no videos that explain where the hose goes
