With these simple dribbling and finishing drills exercises you can improve your ball control and quick release finishing to help you score more goals in matches. Loving these training sessions with the classic boots. I remember always wanting the Tiempo IV Elites but could only afford the regular Tiempo IV’s (still an amazing boot with lots of fond memories)

Juggling is a great way to get comfortable with the ball in the air, learning how it responds to making contact with different parts of your foot and body.
Freestyle doesn’t have direct benefits on first touch (although it’s fun to do) but basic juggling has many benefits 👍

Dribbling training will improve your confidence running with the ball but to actually improve your ability to beat def defenders one v one, the best way is to practice against an opponent. Whether that’s in team training, small sided matches or one v one against a friend 👊
