Flow state is when you are able to ignore all distractions and focus only on being present in the match to play your best. Something only you can really achieve mate. If you’re worrying about what others think of your performance, whether that’s your coach, oppositions, family and friends watching, it’s very difficult to enter your flow state.
You could try things like meditation, it may help 👍

Mike can footballers use mass gainers ? My goal now is to gain weight, but i dont really like gainers, i think it is more bodybuild specific supplement, also i enjoyed whey protein the most❤
I wouldn’t personally recommend it mate, stick to lean sources of high quality protein and you’ll get more sustainable results 🤝
Make your own, Oats, banana, peanut butter and protein powder with milk. Saves money and isn’t full of junk like the mass gainers.

I just brought a pair of these in true size and the toe box area is kind of tight(to a point that’s slightly uncomfortable), is it normal? With my vapor 12 it fits well, so I’m not sure should I get half a size up or is it just that I haven’t really break in yet.
