2015 Ram 1500 5.7 hemi power steering stopped working after I got a jump. here's how to fix it

My 2015 RAM 1500 5.7 hemi power steering stopped working after I got a jump.
The power steering doesn't have a recall and the fuse in the distribution center isn't blown.
the relay is good.
the fuse to the electric power steering pump on the positive battery cable terminal blew and it didn't show through the window.
