In This Video We Found The Best Place To Buy Land And Build A Home, Beach Or Farmland, wow San Joaquin is even better than we ever imagined, it really has all you would want for a country life in the Philippines but also only 1 hour drive to Iloilo City! Great beaches all over, lots of clean creeks and rivers all mountain fed, safe and friendly neighbors. And the prices are much lower than the city!

I am a native San Joaquinhon, Thank you for featuring San Joaquin. Migrated to Northern Cal. When I was 16 years old, that was 35 years ago. Will settle in San Joaquin for good 3 years from now! beautiful place…home is where my heart is!
But that “Tantra chair” though crack me up! Hehe
Haha right!
@UtotTen-li7if why are you yelling Bianca is born of a Filipina and has rights by blood
@@BiancaBeyond
My daughter has
a Filipina mother..
could she own
land in RP?
San Yan sa San Joaquin?
Thanks for watching! Yes only Philippines citizens can buy land, luckily Bianca is half Filipino. Foreigners do have options like leasing the land for 50 years. We will go into further details in the future.
Did the Mayor give you security details for the trip around the town?
The guy with the baseball cap was keeping an eye on you guys.
@@justasking506 wait...I just zipped through video to see if I could find who you are talking about but can't find this guy? Definitely no need for security here everyone is so friendly and relaxed

With $35,000 USD in the bank there is a visa where you can own land just sayin
@@jalmiramitchell could you tell us what you mean? How can a visa override the Philippines constitution? What visa?
That place is the best I have seen yet. Smaller town, less noise, mountains, clean flowing streams, beautiful sea side, what more could you want?
The whole Philippines is Paradise ❤️❤️❤️
It is nice seeing the tradition to pin a piece of ginger especially for children.. Its good protection when travelling to new / unknown places.. great against evil spirits, witchcraft, stomach aches, etc... always bring one!
Thank you, guys, for showing us another paradise in the Philippines 😊
Honestly ! I observed almost all foreigner vloggers who vlogs about Phils.before rich and famous that why many of them comes to Phils.starts living in provinces. Thanks to all Filipinos who are very appreciative.
You been in paradise since you moved to the Philippines 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭 💙💙💙
there's no paradise in the Philippines, its all poverty.

I really love the theme of your vlogs.... Keep it up.... ❤❤❤❤❤
Wow very beautiful place❤❤❤
What a magnificent town! I love the nature, I would consider this over Iloilo City so long as there are reasonable cafes and street food, I love a nice cafe and what a relaxing area it seems to be
This is my favorite video on places to visit so far. Thank you.
Kuliatan's one of the most memorable swimming spots for me... The waters of San Joaquin are so divine
Sure looks like a stunning area. The water is so so clear and calm. Beautiful resorts and super fun furniture in the first place. 😀 Not too keen on the liver soup lol. I will skip that ha ha ha. Thanks for sharing the beauty 😘
Thanks for share, Awesome
Amazing guys❤❤❤❤❤
i was not expecting this! i am from San Joaquin!!! thank you for doing this

Congrats bro for having nice home for your family, with good ambience ..❤

My kind of meal, grew up on those foods. ATIS, i miss that fruit. Now i wanna go home😊

My grandma originated there.. we only visit the place on vacation
Mabuhay mga taga San Joaquin
Iloilo is very nice and besides your close to Boracay. In case you need that tourist trap rush its there at your fingertips. Great place thanks for sharing, will need to hop a plane from our hideout here in Manila.
Crystal water amazing
The term, "Hinterland" is used here in Queenland to describe the mountain ranges inland from the coast. For example, Gold Coast Hinterland and Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Wow that was my hometown and i am from Cataan San Joaquin where the Igbulawan Farm is located. It is also - + 50 m away from our farm. I really miss the place. .. thank you ❤
wow
I was waiting to see Land, houses, Beach, and Farmland for sale for cheap prices.
Looking forward to going back to see specific places for sale
@@BiancaBeyond I am looking forward to that because all I have seen so far are overpriced listings and I am sure there are probably some reasonable deals there. I am looking for a little farm in the mountains and a beach house. I will buy the land and build the houses if need be to get what I want. I like small areas that are quieter.
@@aicsusa beach is tougher on reasonable until you get really far from a city. Everyone knows it's valuable. At 4kP per sq m for beach property within an hour if the city is as cheap as it gets to be honest.
Do you want beach lot?..
the blush after seeing "The furniture" 😆 😅 😂 🤣
Hahaha she totally loved it but can't admit yanno
My hometown San Joaquin, Iloilo❤
The town is ran by women. Can't go wrong with that. I love the Philippines. Thanks for sharing guys!
My home town❤
WOW is all I can say 🥰, Hinterland is non coastal to me which in a lot of ways is better because salt air will rust EVERYTHING without bias, take the hinterland any day, more temperate climate and no salt air or very little, great video
Hi,i hope you do more videos of that town and any rentals for expats and other towns thank you very much 😊
Already planning a trip for just that!
I remember the days when i enjoyed staying up til 2 or 3am. I would see how little sleep i could get. Now in my 50s i cant get enough sleep
San Joaquin and Guimbal are nice places to live close to Iloilo.
My home town,and i came from brgy,lawigan
Excellent informative video..like always. When are you guys buying a piece of paradise there?
You can also find atis in Vancouver. But of course they are expensive.
Ajuy area very nice also north of iloillo
I love you guys ❤❤❤
I will definitely visit this place when I get out to visit the Iloilo area in 2024. The "jungle" areas and prime snorkeling areas looked great and that Junior Suite in the high-end hotel was my favorite although their Presidential Suite (room with the "sex chair") was a close 2nd.
I wanna go to San Joaquin asap
HALA BIRA ILOILO VIVA SR STO NINO 🙏🙏🙏
I am from Tobias Fornier Antique just a few kilometers from San Joaquin
I’d live there❤️
Hinterland Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster
The meaning of HINTERLAND is a region lying inland from a coast. How to use hinterland in a sentence. Did you know?
We know how people say it was wondering the origin of the word? German? Dutch?
German
@@BiancaBeyond
its from German@@BiancaBeyond
Bro I'm from guimbal 2 towns away from there.. you have to come visit there..
Near ichon,amparo,macrohon southern leyte😊.
i always visit bugtong bato .just beside tobog...😂

Hi Bianca i think the sugar apple you call is actually custard apple
They had me at Kama sutra “couch”.
The difference between ilonggo ang Kiray-a is.. Ilonggo use "ya" while Kiray-a is "ra". And kiray-a is faster than Ilonggo. I speak both language coz my mother is from antique and my father is from iloilo. You must visit antique too. Try to check out the PC Beach. I dont know if its still open coz its a beach inside the Police Camp (PC).
Are there any new places in antique? 😊
you mean hiligaynon and karay-a or kinaray-a, mostly it is the R ang L ind words where karay-a words uses R often and L in hiligaynon
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey you guys are close to Antique my province. Maybe in the future you can also check out Antique and what it has to offer as far as tourism, food, etc. ❤
We have a Antique playlist of videos we have made so far 😀
Ok,sanjuakim i though leyte Southern😊

OMG You guys need to go to Bali. I know your channel is about That Philippines Life, but you really need to do That Bali Trip.
Mainly do it for a getaway and for inspiration. And I think you'll see aspects of Bali that you wished you would see in the Philippines.
Where in Bali would you recommend for an inexpensive enjoyable stay for a month or two?
To live in? I wouldn't think so myself, with just the visa comparison alone. Plus, I can't shake the feeling that there is basically more of the man-made beauty made to look like nature, which really is a great thing. But so it's ridiculous that foreign tourists think that they're getting a fully or even a mostly natural experience. If you honestly want to experience nature, don't go to probably the most touristed place in the world.
But the most important thing, no matter how pretty Bali really is, I really don't feel a local vibe or a local community and society,,, .. NOT by foreigners but just the everyday local people. If it really is that good there, with 270 million Indonesian people, then we should be seeing way a lot more local tourists going there than international tourists, shouldn't we?
Bali is turning into a dump. The Govt are trying to clean it up. Lots of new rules regarding tourists now.
Bali is a whole new world. You cant compare this to Bali, because Bali is Art overload, the island is studed with 7 star resorts and ancient Hindu Temples and hundreds of gym fit Ausrtralian surfers and models from every races.
@@topscris You are assuming Bali is like Boracay, it is not. Balinese customs and traditions are in every corner. But if local Asian stuff dont interest you, you wont feel the vibe. You have that option.
I can empathize with Bianca and sleeping situation… I had a surgery and have to stay home for a few months. My sleeping is sometimes challenging due to being home, doing not much and not being tired sometimes 😞
Thanks
Mark
Haha mark her excuse is only addition to phone games, I think your situation is a better excuse
Thanks very much. Surgery limits what I can do Game addiction can limit what you do if you let them control you 😇😜
On surnames, except for inter marriages, but for oldtimers you will notice this. The Spanish governor general Claveria then mandated that native Pinoys adopt Spanish surnames. So you pick your own surname but the first letter is similar to your town name. So for Guimbal a lot of G surnames, for San Joaquin S, for Miagao M, etc...
My father was from Calinog, thats why our fam name starts with C. Making our relatives all Cs. 😂😂
Thats nice trek town seldom known to Iloilo ppl... also look for Tiolas good place too put up house seaside town+ mountain area with lots of Peanut Brittle 😂😂 aand fish
Please include Culasi and Pandan in Antique in you list :)
rocky beach is good leverage to whittle price down to 3k/sqm
La Muy Leal Y Noble Ciuded de Iloilo
When we were in Iloilo a few years ago in an area 1 hr from the city proper, my in laws suggested that we could buy farmland in the area for 500 pesos per square metre. Probably a bit higher now
Thanks
Mark
And here it's offered at P50 per sq meter!
Yes. The area where I was quoted was flat land if memory serves me correctly
😇
Thanks
Good price tho
@@markeuringer8106 was it a small property? That's really high for agriculture which is typically at least a hectare, maybe P120-P200 if close to the city on Agriculture
I was not really looking too hard at the time but I think more than 1 hectare or 2 maximum
living near a beach is nutz . Not counting typhoons but the CAL. quake is on the move and the tsunami that comes will , well you will see .
Hi,beautiful place, thank you very much, can you write the name of the town please didn't understand 😊
San Joaquin (It's on the thumbnail)
Thank you very much
