- Cristina and I jumped on a tricycle in Roxas city and headed over to one of our favourite places - Baybay Beach - where endless waves roll in on a wide packed-sand beach and seafood is on offer everywhere you look. A surprise tricycle scrape that required a quick trip to the pharmacy to get some bandages and iodine didn't get in the way of having a fun at the spectacular beach. A great shake from Fructus et al made from fresh mango and banana powered us up and then I followed that up with an awesome time rolling in the waves at Baybay Beach. #joecristina #morefuninthephilippines #philippinetravel #balikbayan #filipinocanadian #philippines #roxascitycapiz #baybaybeach

I hear they're the bay bay area👍🇮🇹🇵🇭
I hope you both enjoyed your visit to Baybay beach, Roxas city, that is my home town. I have a house just a few distance from where you are shooting. I am proud to say that Baybay beach is beautiful. I live in SouthernCalif, been here for 50years plus. You know Capiz is the sea food capital of the Phil. So please enjoy your stay.
Baybay beach and Roxas City are beautiful. We first visited in 2011 and now again in 2024. Wonderful that you have a house there! Baybay beach is where we first saw outdoor capiz string lights - and now have them at home in Metro Vancouver, Canada - to remind us of Baybay. Cristina emigrated to Metro Van over 40 years ago and we have made several road trips over the years to your beautiful part of the world - Southern California.
Looking at the water, it looks like it's not quite summer yet. The water is usually pretty calm in the summer.
The waves were rolling in pretty good.
How about a tetanus shot.
Thanks for the reminder. My current tetanus shot should still be good. So far no problems with the scrape. Seems to be healing and I feel fine. No pain or discomfort anymore when I push on the bandaid.
@@joefoyvideos keep an eye out for cellulitis also.
@@JMC0704 Thanks for the helpful advise - we are keeping a close eye. Healing going well.
