  • In this video I show How to Make a Cyberpunk 2077 Tech Shotgun for cosplay. Since the weapon is made out of foam it is lightweight and con safe. I am extremely excited for CD Project Red's newest game Cyberpunk 2077, So much so that I decided to build the Tech Shotgun from the gameplay trailer.
    A Free blueprint can be found on my site so you can build your own. www.sksprops.com/templates
    I was able to collaborate with my good friend Bill Doran of Punished Props when I visited his shop for Emerald City Comicon. This video is Part 1 and goes over foam fabrication and the construction process. Part 2 can be found over on Punished Props CZcams channel where Bill and I go over painting and finishing techniques.
    You can see Part 2 here

    Typically, I have to seal EVA foam before painting with PVA glue or Mod Podge. Even before Plastidip. If HD foam allows the maker to skip that step, I hope you'll make an episode about sealing!

      @@SKSProps oh ok!! Is it similar to that of TNT cosplay foam? What properties does it have?

  • @Orinmaxden
    @Orinmaxden Před 5 lety +1

    Why use your foam and the TNT cosplay foam? Asking mostly to find out if there is a texture or weight difference a feel or what not. Or was it simply a case if you had it so it was time to use it up?

    • @SKSProps
      @SKSProps  Před 5 lety +1

      I used the TNT for a couple of reasons #1 at this point I don't carry 2" thick blocks or 4mm sheets of foam #2 I wanted to show that multiple foam products could work together and still have a great end result.
