i noticed that our great artists sometimes in a special way( but not always) they connect the voice with the guitar...it is hard to describe but it is beautiful and billy does that too

what is the tuning? half step down? D sharp etc right?
So i tune my guitar to e flat but it doesnt sound the same as you did in the video,any advice??
