白砂糖 white granulated sugar 20 g
低筋麵粉 cake flour 30 g
抹茶粉 matcha powder 5 g (3.5 tsp)
| 抹茶蛋糕 cake
牛油(奶油)butter 100 g
黃糖(或白砂糖)brown or white sugar 70 g
雞蛋 eggs 2
低筋麵粉 cake flour 70 g
泡打粉 baking powder 5 g (2.5 tsp)
抹茶粉 matcha powder 10 g (2 Tbsp)

I want to make this into 450g bread mold. How should I adjust the ingredients? Thanks for the simple yet delicious recipe.
thanks for watching my video. Would you measure the dimension of the mold? Then you can calculate the volume and compare to the one I used. I am using 6.5 x 6.5 x 15 cm, which is 630cm cube in volume. After you find the volume of your mold then you will find the ratio. :)
