    Nice work! Question, why not use the grinder to stuff the sausage? I'm new to this.

      Hi Michael! You can absolutely use our grinder to stuff sausage. But, we do recommend our sausage stuffer, our product engineers have made a line of very competitive sausage stuffers for the sole focus on stuffing, ensuring just like you get the best quality grind, you get the best stuffing possible.

      Running the meat with the spices to be stuffed will emulsified the meat and you will have a much smaller particles of meat you want to use a stuffer so you end product will be more appealing and also have a goo bite to it. It all depends how much meat you use to make sausages if you’re using 5 or 10 lbs. of meat or 20 lbs. plus.
