I loved the adidas 18.1 and when I bought phantom venom pros indoors not even as cleats, I have so far enjoyed Nike’s first takedowns, the pros can really compete with elites, either in a close win or close loss

How was it
These are one of the best boots in the market imo. The traction and stud pattern is amazing and off the leather will accommodate to your foot making the fit perfect. Although at first the heel is a bit stiff

Peng I know you didn't ask me but the first hypervenom phantom 3 takedown and the Nike tiempo legend 7 pro are reeeeeeeally hard to beat. my current favorite cleats and I had a ridiculous love affair with the puma evopowers.

Hey Josh! I am a college football kicker and use the Adidas Copa Mundial and the Nike Tiempo 7 pro Fast AF cleats. Using leather for my boots is very important. Are there any other soccer cleats/football boots that are competitors?! I am looking mostly for good leather with great durability!! Keep up the work.
Those are two of the best, especially for the price. There are other options for sure, but they're more expensive ans not necessarily better at all.

Hey Josh, I havent bought a pair of cleats since my T90 laser 3’s in like 2012, I now work for adidas and was wondering which pair from adidas would be most like the t90’s? Ive been looking at the womens 18.1 since I recently saw ur video or the Nemesis.
Nothing currently available is anything like the T90 Laser 3. That's a style of boot that just doesn't exist anymore.
I have these legacy 3’s in an SG variation, and you only get two studs in the heel area, rather than 4. Does this usually happen with SG take downs and why would they do this? Because i know the Legend 7 SG has 4 studs in the heel

I need your opinion about the Predator 18.1.
I've always used T90 Laser III & IV and recently Nitrocharge. I bought quite a few while they were still around. I still use the older T90 shoes that I kept repairing since no other shoe fits me like they do. In some aspects, not even the Nitrocharge.
I'm considering buying the Predator 18.1 which is available in my country for about $100 give or take.
Would you compare T90 and Predator 18.1 to be similar fit and feel or should I look for other options?

I own both, prefer these. Don't like the one piece upper on the Copa 18.1. and the tiempos all around feel way better. Obvs it all comes down to personal preference though

The Rebula is better quality for sure, but they're both excellent boots.

As long as you keep them clean and let them dry out properly after each use, I wouldn't say that it's entirely necessary. You can still use it if you feel the leather needs it, but most leather boots won't get to that point.

That would depend on what you like the feel of. If you like the feel of soft, leather boots, you'll definitely find these more comfortable.
