The stabilising wheel destroys the idea as it nullifies the offset of the weights. So it can't work and there must be an external force hidden somewhere.

My models of Perpetual Motion Machines are of motorized versions that were built to illustrate how they were supposed to work in the minds of Inventors.
Never mind what educational level we are at, we all miss something that goes beyond the usual scientific explanations.
Fundamental Science, Physics Laws and boring Laws of Thermodynamics bring the ‘flight’ of Inventors' ideas to land. Growing Technology … We live in an age of consumption. Thermodynamic laws always fail in such a video, and always work in the real application.
The video always fails in a real application, and always works as a digital media (video).
My first statement is the ultimate answer for all; for the content creator (no offense), scientist, or layman who can't see the differences between digital artwork and real engineering work.
As an engineer, I won't say the video is fake or such since it does not give any credit for scientific or research.
IF it has a specific scientific credit, it is better to publish/share your work on the proper platform (i.e. publishing an article/research forum)
After all, I am enjoying your video, thanks for making it (particularly for the multi-color flask, I like it)
