    Is Iodine Good For You?
iodine is an essential nutrient that is crucial for human health. Here are some key benefits of iodine:
Thyroid Function: Iodine is necessary for the production of thyroid hormones, which regulate metabolism, growth, and development. A deficiency can lead to thyroid disorders like goiter (an enlarged thyroid gland) and hypothyroidism.
Brain Development: Adequate iodine intake during pregnancy and early childhood is critical for brain development and cognitive function. Iodine deficiency in pregnant women can lead to developmental delays and intellectual disabilities in children.
Immune System: Iodine has antimicrobial properties and can help boost the immune system.
Detoxification: Iodine assists in the detoxification of harmful chemicals and heavy metals from the body.
    Preventing Iodine Deficiency
It's important to get iodine from dietary sources such as iodized salt, seafood, dairy products, and certain grains. If you are considering iodine supplements, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure the appropriate dosage.

Thank you SO much for sharing this. I believe God took me to this for a reason. My niece (38yo) over the last 3-4 years has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She now has Hashimoto's Disease which I understand is cause by iodine deficiency. I didn't know about ovarian cancer, though! For the last year she has been going to the doctor complaining about not feeling well, and losing a LOT of weight. They did this test and that, even gave her blood transfusions when her blood was showing horrifyingly low red blood cells but said they didn't know what was the problem. Then a week ago they finally told her that she has ovarian cancer. She has gone into a tail-spin. I told her about iodine, and Lugol's solution which my husband and I have been taking for years daily. Then I saw your video, and NOW I see that EVERYTHING could be tied up to the same problem.....including the severe autism in her little 4yo boy. COULD this all be linked?

I think the iodine deficiency started before the 1960’s and that ADHD definitely has a genetic component. My extended family- aunts, uncles, and cousins- is riddled with ADHD. I’m 66, so all this was before the modern fad of frequently diagnosing ADHD.
Also, from what I understand, the term for ADHD back then was Minimal Brain Dysfunction (1952) and then Hyperkenetic Reaction of Childhood (1962), so it was there, just not recognized because nobody was really looking after the mental health of children. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No the “worst actor” is not a person being their own doctor. You must be your own doctor. Most main stream doctors treat symptoms with chemicals. They don’t care about root causes or healing. It’s all about money and if not, they are controlled by the agencies. You can’t have honest science and treatment if doctors are threatened with losing their license when they think outside the box.

I saw this doctor on another program and I bought his book. Even though I haven’t read thru all of it, I was already using iodine /with kelp drops, plus selenium. I also have another iodine product too. But of course they only suggest so many mcg’s to take , but this doctor is advising much more. With that, this is just my thoughts and everyone should use their own judgement, because I am not a doctor nor suggest what others should do. Plus I don’t take these regularly and probably should. Unfortunately , with all the garbage additives in our food, it’s even harder to try and go organic and some stores now are adding chemicals to their fruits and vegetables in order to starve off them becoming rotten to fast??? What’s that tell us. It’s criminal what’s going on today. I have started shopping at markets that will not put additives on my foods. And trying to go more grass fed products/meats,milk and etc. More expensive but thankful we can do a little of this for now. Sad to say, my doctor told me that iodine was dangerous to take. So she obviously doesn’t know everything and passes you off to the phramecutical companies.

I want to know how much the exposure to aluminum dust, that we breath and eat on our food, (that is being dropped from the planes, with the purpose to deflecting the Sun away from the Earth) has to do with our multiple health issues.
I'm going to guess it's the key factor.
But what can we do collectively to get this practice stopped??!

Any type of salt is fine, just don't expect any of them to provide sufficient amounts of iodine. Kelp supplements that have iodine are great as are Lugol's iodine (there are many companies that make Lugol's). 2% is fine. Take it topically or mixed in water.

Food quality in the US sucks. You travel to other parts of the world who don’t rely on so many chemicals and fertilizers and you can taste the difference. I immediately notice the difference in chicken when i go to Canada. I also notice that many organic fruits and vegetables taste much better. My grandparents in Nebraska grew their own vegetables and canned them. Both of them were active but didn’t get overly concerned about what they ate. Both lived in to their 90s. Nothing specific killed them. Bodies just wore out.

It's essential to speak with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation. I bought iodine in a health food store about 4 years ago and it was clear and tasted like corn syrup. I wrote to the maker of the product and I said it use to be a brown tincture when I bought it in the past and never like a corn syrup taste and texture. They said the FDA not has stricter regulations for them where they are only allowed to release a weaker version of it as opposed to before, hence it now being clear and corn syrupy and in my opinion doesn’t work. It use to in the past when it was better quality.
