oil in crankcase housing means there is a problem in your engine that need to be addressed asap.the oil can clog up the crankcase filter and case high Pressure in the engine that can damage other parts by installing a Crankcase filter it can reduce the high Pressure and buy you some time to fix the issue by allowing you to still drive the truck for months without causing engine failure.

No cleaning is needed on this filter. But if you want to clean it, i would use carburetor cleaner.

Sp now ur pouring oil out on the ground i just had to undo someones bypass mistake they're there for a reason

If oil is pouring out the blow by tube, there is much bigger problems that a filter will not fix.
