    hand can change from holding tai chi ball to yin and yang hand position gather energy for the Chinese energy dantian I like this because looks like i can do this thanks for the lesson. Feel the energy

      I’ve been walking in circles before-long before-seeing this video. Intentionally walking in circles as a practice/exercise.

      This is unlike the “whirling dervish,” first Tibetan rite, where you always go counterclockwise.

    yep basic and simple and you don't have to be pretty only effective
