When I use Tinder I just swipe right on all the profiles. If you do this be warned you may swipe on a family member. This makes the date super weird and you almost never get to make-out at the end.
Its called not living where your family is at for starters.
Key word "almost" some times you still get lucky

Problem isn’t getting matches. The problem is a girl responding to you for more than 3 messages. They always answer for a few messages then stop responding.
you gotta get better at making conversation then. If you match then you're attractive enough. If they ghost you a few messages in it's because you're dull.

I hope that everyone stays healthy when online dating. After going on multiple dates with multiple people and things didn't work it (mostly because I dont want a hookup) got me feeling like I'm undateable but I also know myself and know many people don't get me. I'm the epitome of what a lot of girls dont like and I'm immediately pointed at as gay because I express myself and understand my emotions, have piercings/wear jewelry, paint my nails black, dress definitely outside the norm (I mean I can pull off pink chinos and pink cardigan for crying out loud) all that jazz. I know myself and understand that I'm not most people's cup of tea and you know what? That's okay guys, it's okay to be different it's okay to be yourself, if anyone doesn't like you for you then you don't need them in your life. Take care out there guys!
You send a message with how you dress, everyone does. It's why girls judge guys if they're just looking sloppy compared to clean cut, or some girls like more beard/rough look. You attract the people that like that stuff just like some people might like someone with alot of piercing and some people might stay away from them

Well I definitely don't take many pictures of myself nor have people take pictures of me so there have been times that I have asked a friend to take a couple pictures in a couple different locations in different outfits so I kind of make a short afternoon out of it. He's not a professional photographer yet his pictures have received many compliments thinking it was professionally taken

I am a subscriber and I do like your videos. What concerns me is this little " acting " job people have to do to make a first impression. Bottom line , not everyone is who they claim they are and to me pics are a little shallow way of deciding on swiping . I've put decent photos in my profile, I think. I have found that the photos nor the info in the profile doesn't matter much unless I change my whole personality and look like I have the same interests and look as everybody else. I've had a few matches but not with women that I am interested as much in as who I am able to meet and set up a date with in-person by simply being myself at an event. Dating apps are inefficient and not a good way to meet someone genuinely interesting. When I'm feeling high vibe and I go to a social event for 2 hours, I am much more likely to meet someone where there is mutual attraction and shared interest than if I were to spend 10 hours on Tinder.
Wow, is there anyways you could do this for me? I need A LOT of help lol. I just want to be my best self, and I'm horrible with dating apps. I'm a homebody for sure.. and I wouldnt want to ask people to take photos of myself, so all of my pictures are selfies sadly, just some have other people in them too. I literally just go to work, walk my dogs, grocery store, video games, read, school, home maintence, and cook. Just try to have a stress free life. I guess I need to go to the gym to improve more.

It's because the odds in dating apps are heavily stacked against you. Guys that claim to be successful are either lying or made it their full-time job swiping numerously for months even years until FINALLY someone decides to go through with them.

Get professional photos taken, it's the #1 advice given to anyone serious about it. Consider one bad photo can ruin a profile so have a girl look through it and advise what to change. Also keep focused on your own self improvement, especially health + gym. It'll all come together. Also good main photo with a cute animal helps.
Tinder is the biggest dump out there. When are you gonna realize it. Search for: girls on tinder have no morals. Or something like that. You will find experiment where dude puts there pictures of male model but claims he is like former pedophile. Most women were excusing him for everything just to date him and get fucked by him. That was just too much. So dont be surprised. You are not top 20% in looks, it's waste of time for you. I did similar experiment, with my pictures I got like a few likes/matches. I had there handsome dude, no bio, nothing. I had at least 10 times more likes and matches. No bio, and better pics will help. It's just trash. Like one dude once said, Tinder is a male beauty contest where winners sleep with women.

1) be attractive
2) don't be unattractive
3) be tall (6ft+)
4) be rich (mid-high 6 figures)
in all honesty, if you're this type of guy you won't need dating apps anyways.

Biggest error with pictures: people want to show the external attributes. We think that if our "body" is on the picture, we are good. We forget that a picture is more than that. These type of pictures should not be informative. This is not a catalogue. Your picture should bring and create emotions. Emotions that reflect your personality. That will make the difference.
Question for women. I want to start a dating profile and I want to use it to make friends (That's usually an option on there). Should I write all my bad qualities on it that would make me a terrible partner but the good qualities that would make me a good friend? I'll write something like "Hello. I'm here to make friends because I know I have no worth in a relationship. I want to do this so they can trust I really know it will never go beyond friendship.

I want a relationship but I'm not good enough for that. I also want friendship with women so I can be less anxious around them. So I'd be informing them immediately through my profile.

I’ve never got a date on a dating site and my profile was awesome. I had pics of me doing activities, I was dressed well and everything. My bio gave good info about myself and what I’m looking for, but I never got a single reply. Am I ugly or sumn?
Did the app require height/income? Do you have a chubby face? Women only swipe right on about 20% of men cuz women 3-9 all think they deserve men 8-10 (esp the 6ft b.s. since that's only 14.5% of US men and 6ft with 6+figures is less than 1% so they have unrealistic demands)
Maybe you come off as beta or soft or weak? That doesn't attract the women. There's attraction cues and arousal cues so.. I know that I come off as mysterious because they can't tell if I'm alpha or beta and I don't reach out to women anymore so it's more entertaining when they come to me, and I can then plan out what I want to say
I'd say depends on where you live too. I live in southwest Kansas and yeah it's totally superficial here.

I think you give good advice, Courtney but I disagree with you about apps. Guys, start voting with your feet & walk away from online dating. Delete all the apps. Dating apps don’t work for guys unless your six foot or over with movie star looks & the bank balance to match. I’m 5ft 11in & nearly every girl has told me I’m ‘too short’ that’s with a good bio, good pictures, the whole shebang. Even the ones who are five foot nothing themselves.
The vast majority of women on there are just looking for someone to massage their ego. Apps commodify everyone on there to just a picture & a bit of text. Like they’re disposable. Even an average looking girl with a shitty personality can get hundreds of matches a day from thirsty dudes.
I prefer going out to meet women. Do it, fellas.
I approach women when I’m just out & about. Make it short & snappy. Be presentable and make sure you smell good. I’ve got far more dates this way than on all the apps put together. Put yourselves out of your comfort zone fellas & you’ll see results. I forced myself to do it, even though I was scared of rejection. Now I find it easy. Yeah, you still get rejected but a woman sees far more of your character in person than by looking at your selfies on her phone. The odds are far better offline.

Again, it's surprising how many people still use these dating apps given all the horror stories, catfishing and bad experiences in general. What's there to be confident about a) asking for someone else's opinion on your profile? And b) breaking the ice from behind a screen? Even if they approve or make suggestions, it only works on others who share the same opinion, not women in general. Unless it's LinkedIn, it's too easy to make up BS about yourself just to get validation and seem more presentable than you really are. As they say, seeing is believing. You want others to believe your claims? Actions speak louder than words

My input to men- add some length to bio to try & sell yourself. Nothing in bio shows no interest in dating. Smile in at least 1 pic. 1 dressed nice pic. Selfie, don’t put camera in front of face. Avoid pets giving you tongue kisses. Stay away from “no xxx” unless it’s smokers in bio.

cut the crap, I did have quality bio many times, made no difference when I had nothing. Dating apps are trash, normal traditional women usually dont last there for more than few days. Just like many normal average looking dudes waste time there and leave as well. It's all connected.
I’m in my mid-40’s and I’d venture to say that it’s just as hard for women on dating apps. Finding a man who wants to spend quality time getting to know one each other outside of sex is very tough. Put the money aside, learn the soul. Men want to be valued for who they are at their core just as much as women want the same. Money & looks do not matter. But most disagree. A woman’s value isn’t in her looks & a man’s value isn’t in his status or money. But society disagrees with me. Souls matter.

I personally require quality time together, the man must be working on self-growth, have good health & hygiene, maintains his home in a fairly clean manner so I know he will help me clean & maintain, responsible financially with whatever income he has so he isn’t expecting me to financially support him, and understands how to effectively communicate & work through differences. Oddly correct. It's the reason I avoided tinder for years. I gave it a benefit of the doubt recently, but I have to say, that it's true, I find it difficult to judge attractiveness without the whole demeanor, and if I find a good looking guy, I'll be like 'but why is he on here, where the flag at'. So yeah, dating apps are just not doing it for me.
If you’re good looking they assume you’re a player if you’re on tinder. If you don’t look good then they assume you can’t get women
