Hey Maggie, I love your videos! I've heard that you should always use a plastic cutting board for things like meat and fish instead of a wooden one just because things can soak into the wood after a while and its harder to get it fully clean and you run the risk of contaminating fruits and such by using the wooden cutting board. Just thought I'd share my little tidbit of knowledge since you share so much awesome stuff with us!

Take a hairdryer to the stickers. The hot hair air heats the glue of the sticker and the sticker comes right off easily.

Tip: i didn't know this but bananas with other fruit makes the other fruit go bad. I would recommend getting a separate thing for the bananas.

Its recommended that you don’t eat at least an hour before the infared sauna (2 hours is ideal) it will actually really upset your stomach and won’t target your body the way it should. I made that mistake last year when I first started going!!

L. is another good cruelty free and the ingredients on the back tampon/pad brand .. They have monthly subscription (which is very cheap) or buy them at target.. they also give back.
You’re going to love the vegan pesto!! I put the pesto on the cauliflower gnocchi and it’s insanely good!!!!
Also if you blow dry those stickers first they will come off easier and not leave sticky gross residue on your products

When it comes to fish, usually frozen is actually "fresher". There's now rapid deep-freeze technologies at lower temperatures, the process has really turned frozen product into a means to capture better quality. The “fresh”-looking fish at the counter may be weeks old, and a lot of grocery stores fresh fish counter are labeled as “previously frozen”. All of which means that frozen can be fresher, or at least in better condition. This is all relative to basic grocery stores and not actual fish markets.
Hey girl, I’m a dietitian and teach a class on food safety. Thawing frozen foods in your refrigerator is 100% safe. Bacteria can only grow when our meats and seafood are left out on the counter at room temp for >2hrs. Hope that helps with your concerns!
