i LOVE matcha. like i literally swear by it I drink it every morning instead of coffee and i've seen a difference in my skin and energy. it doesn't have a ton of caffeine so it was kinda hard to make the transition but i'm soo much happier and feel more energized

i used a facial oil forever and my mom kept telling me that it was the source of my breakouts and i kept fighting with her and telling her that wasn't it. then i stopped using oil on my face and my skin cleared up sooo much lol maybe try not to use oil on your face for a bit and see if that works!

Honestly what works for me when I wanna get rid of acne quickly and effectively I usually do my whole skincare routine twice a day for two days and then the third day, I donât do the whole thing I just do a purifying mask, spot treatment and moisturizer and then do your whole skincare routine again and then the next day only do your routine once. Idk why that works it just does lol

You should try to pat the serum and moisturizer instead of rubbing it all over. It really helps it sink into the skin
