I struggled with driving anxiety the exact same way you mentioned. One thing a therapist taught me was to trace my name into my seat with my butt while I’m driving 😂 sounds a bit odd but it really helps. Also rolling down the window or blasting the A/C before you get anxious helps stop it from coming on. Sorry to hear you’ve been going through it! 🩵

Omg I’ve had a panic attack while driving on the highway before and it literally feels like you’re dying. Whole body feels numb and the hot flashes too. It’s the scariest thing ever I’m so sorry you went through that! Sending virtual hugs 🫶

Love your vlogs!! sometimes anxiety attacks can also be triggered by low blood sugar, when you're really hungry like you were!! Make sure to eat enough :)

Awe graydon missing the flight😢you managed good that you took a moment to rest this video had me like😮you were seriously on the move, but all seriousness so sorry to hear about the car incident, yet happy to hear everyone was ok. As I would experience some of what you did when driving on the highway I try to stay in the slow lane(which isn’t in Jersey) I would distract my thoughts with deep breathing so when those thoughts come I try to work through them in a relaxed state it works, if you meditate it definitely helps ❤ ps have fun stay safe bring us along(loving the longer vlogs)

I was in a minor accident on the highway and I still try to avoid taking major highways whenever possible. It can be very scary.

Omg I do not understand how you and graydon cut it that close for airport arrival!! I arrive at the airport at least an hour before boarding bc my anxiety convinces me that everyone and their mom will have TSA precheck and there will be road closures😭😭😭
Were your parents the type to get there 20-30 mins before boarding? I’ve found that ppl who do that had parents who do the same and ppl who use the 2 hour rule had that grilled into them by their parents haha
I never really traveled growing up, i think i just do it based on my own experience! I don’t like sitting there for a while, but learned our lesson lol

Highway driving gives me the worst anxiety. I avoid them as much as I can 🥹
