I am slowly starting to incorporate food combining into my life. I bought detox tea three days ago and am already in love. I made the mistake of eating a lunch that was high in protein and starch. I totally see why that is not good for your digestion! I was in so much pain and then uncomfortable but the detox tea helped a lot that night! Thank you for introducing food combining to your channel!
