What if you want to attach this to a standard inherent floatation PFD? How do you manually activate it?

What if the activation strap can't be passed around the bladder? It appears I would have to manually activate it, for when inflating there won't be any pressure on the strap.

The music is distracting and of no help. Verbal tutorial would be better.
