Back in primary school, when we were taught to write like this- I couldn’t get the hang of it and didn’t really see the point so I’d just write normally and then go back and put in lines and loops to join them up and I thought I was being so slick, that they looked exactly the same. Yeah, no wonder I never got the a pen license 😂😂
I use cursive as my normal handwriting and it’s quite frustrating when people can’t quite read it

I like how she always finds a way to keep the pencil on the paper without messing up the writting, instead of taking it off to make another letter.
She probably isn't moving her fingers or wrist to write, but she moves the whole arm which should help
This is spectacular. Not only VERY beautiful, but also practical calligraphy, and excellent choice of words for practice!
When I was in elementary school, this handwriting was mandatory for us and now I'm really glad to know that they taught us this cursive.

My school doesn't teach cursive, and I am learning it at an older age where all I have pushing me is motivation and inspiration, which makes it very hard for me to keep continuing and not go back to printed hand writing

I'm going to try improving my original handriting, then re-learn cursive. I learned it in fourth grade then went virtual half of fourth through fifth so I forgot it. I absolutely love your handwriting, by the way. It is incredible how amazingly you write and how you do it with such ease! You are so very talented and thank you for helping me! 😊

That's not really how x is supposed to be in cursive, this person made letters prettier and more easy to understand. If you actually check the real cursive, some of the letters are so fucked up like G.

This is my actual hand writing. I have been trained since school days to write cursive and I like to write in an artistic way so it doesn't take me long anymore. Very satisfying to watch btw.

Me, especially the capitals. Capital V, capital T and capital X were almost unrecognizable to me.
Maybe that's why our writing looks bad..

I never would have thought I'd be able to write as pretty as I do. It seriously makes a huge difference if you practice. My cursive has improved SO MUCH over the past year and a half since I started practicing calligraphy. It's hard and slow going but so satisfying when you nail a specific letter.

Thank you sooo much. I realised that I was writing the letters with the wrong steps. like I used to write "a" by drawing a full circle and then an emerging curl but that used to make it wonky. But now when I'm doing it in this way, I'm able to significantly improve my handwriting.

This is not only satisfying to watch but shows cursive as such a pretty way to write English. While my cursive is just a quicker way for me to write and I can’t understand what I wrote half the time. I always begin writing nicely and then it becomes illegible by the end😂

When I used to write in cursive handwriting ... I used to do the same... We learn it in school when I was in 1 and 2 grade.

In school we used to write the small x identical to the capital one, just half as tall
