Ela deveria ter te ensinado sobre saber a hora de usar cada tipo de letra. Isso eu aprendi por conta própria. Quando eu estava insatisfeita com o que eu fazia na sala, eu refazia em casa kkkk. Hoje faço resumos na pressa e em casa uso o tempo necessário para deixar como quero. Existe várias hipóteses disso, mas acredito que deveria ser muito conteúdo escrito para pouco tempo. Sobre o bullying que você passou, nada justifica você passar por isso. Você deve fazer as coisas com capricho e isso infelizmente não foi reforçado. Espero que você volte a ter o gosto em praticar letras desenhadas
Hi, art student here! Drawing straight lines is actually one of the most difficult things to do because the shape of our hand and the movements of the arm better produce organic shapes vs geometric. Many famous artists struggled to draw straight lines! Most used rulers haha. 😆 Additionally, it's much harder to maintain the same amount of pressure on the pencil compared to the ebb and flow of the cursive strokes, which gives your hand a break, and enables faster writing especially due to connecting letters in single strokes rather than constantly picking up the pencil from the paper and having to find that exact level of pressure each time. So essentially, cursive is an optimized style of writing by hand, and print is the optimized style for computers. On computers, these differences are identified as serif fonts (ex. Times new roman) or script fonts (ex. Scriptina) and sans serif fonts (ex. Arial). I love different types of cursive and handwriting and fonts, so this is a subject I have a lot of fun talking about. In elementary school we’d be tested on our cursive writing skill. Every year I was given many, many practice exercises to do at home. You did an outstanding job! As an aside, it looks like a lovely soft pencil that’s being used.
But the letter A in cursive was not drawn correctly. It’s a very nice adaptation of the letter A. I was taught A is just a larger a in cursive. And I know a few Alan’s and a couple Alex’s who sign their name nothing like that English lettering style shown here

you have to write cursive with a blunt pencil otherwise it may break because of the was you have to hold it while making the curves. of course it doesn't have to be as blunt as in the video but i am quite sure he did it like that to make no mistakes. thats why the video is in one take.
There is also a special calligraphy called pencil calligraphy and it is in fact more beautiful then u can imagine i also knkw how to write pencil calligraphy and it is more relaxing then anythig😄
Some of your letters are not quite the way I learned in school in the 60s. I notice that there's not much difference between your cursive I and J. And the way I learned to write upper case Q and Z are completely difference than yours. Very interesting.
@@meowmeow8591 he may be using a softer grade but he's still pushing very hard. If I would have given in a project like that in art school, someone would have had a stroke. My professor told me that you should never see the indentation in paper and if you erase it it should be smooth. I'm pretty sure that if he erased a letter, you would still see it a mile away. 😂 With that said, he does write very prettily.

Me too, I always rushed to be the first done on assignments in class therefore compromising the quality of my handwriting :( I've been practicing the last 6 months to better my handwriting and it's extremely difficult to break my old style

In Brasil we just learn the cursive writing, some of us prefer not to use, but I think it's easier and has such a beauty

I cant believe I watched all of this. It truly exists many OCDers like me 😂 we love watching perfection. This was like meditation....I zoned out.
I don't have OCD but many times I feel that I have its symptoms. Like if something is not proper then I get super irritated or if I want to say a word then even if in my head but I have to say it no matter what!! Really perfect things like this are really a meditation for me too!!!
