I saw how the Viltrumites jumped him in episode 3. That was brutal. Most people can't survive getting attacked by one Viltrumite, let alone three. And the crazy thing is that wasn't even his first time surviving a Viltrumite attack. So not only did he survive fighting a Viltrumite once before, he survived getting jumped by three the second time. Allen is clearly built different.

The best part about the invincible story is the power scaling makes sense to me it’s simple yet overwhelming to see just how insane the characters get
To be fair, the thing that allows so many people to overpower Mark is because Mark ALWAYS holds back. Its the one thing his father noticed in their fight, the fight against the 3 other viltrumites, and everything else. Even after killing others, he generally only goes all out on people like Thragg who deserve it. Otherwise he always holds back or lets himself be beaten or taken advantage of.
His human side is so broken as well. He always gets power up if he's mad or when adrenaline rush kicks in which regular viltrumite doesnt have

It makes sense to me. Thragg was in Exile and none of the Pure Blood Viltrumites will listen to him.
He thought the threat was neutralized and had to step into a leadership role. It doesn't make sense a universe wide manhunt for One person with no followers considering all the other threats.
He didn't count on Thragg spawning an army for revenge though.
According to Thragg he could have behaded him by the time allen used the scourge virus and Allen didn't try his luck, even tho thragg changed his mind about using the virus in the first place so you may argue Allen just didn't want to actually use it.
Still, i doubt Allen would have risked Oliver's life or the lives of every human on earth if he could take Thragg on and win.

@@abongilezolanipeterson5588 I do believe the senseless genocide is what stopped Allen, not his status as Thragg's rival which is kinda non-existent in the first place.
He was his enemy as head of the coalition, sure, but Allen never chose to face off against Thragg. Even when he was fighting Battle Beast and heavily injured he still asked others to engage, even sacrificed Oliver years later, so rival is not really the word i'd use.
And no i don't think Allen could have defeated Thragg honestly considering how he always avoided a direct confrontation but they are on a similar level still, skill and experience is what would have doomed Allen and frankly i think he knew and that's why for how strong he was he still never dared to.
In one sentence: we are very lucky that Allen's race never had the idea of taking over and oppressing other planets

They’re scientifically advanced but weak physically. Allen is their only conqueror level citizen and he’s a genetic freak literally made to beat Viltrumites. He’s kinda like what Thragg is to Viltrum but to a far greater degree.
Depends whether Allen can have enough children or whether the program that made him can be made repeatable.

If i'm not mistaken viltrumites thanks to their smart atoms also have a zenki boost like ability. Maybe to a lesser extent than Allen, but they do get stronger from surviving near death. They don't have the extreme physical adaptation like Allen does, but obviously when they get stronger, their bodies would become more durable to what hurt them before anyway.

I’m still not sure where this comes from, because I don’t remember it being mentioned in the comics directly, but it may have been confirmed in extras or something. There was the one time Eve successfully made Mark stronger while healing him but that was considered Eve’s ability, not Mark’s. It is true that they will fully heal perfectly from anything that doesn’t outright kill them as long as their heart and brain are intact given time though.
@@DrGandW Well, in the comic book they do use terminology pretty similar to what they say. Happens to Allen they say that viltrumite DNA aggressively self repairs and adapts. This in combination with how the smart atoms work it seems pretty likely that they do get even if minor they do get boosts in power once they heal from damage.

For context, when Allen saved Mark from the surface of the Sun, Mark was in there for FAR longer than Allen. Allen was there for probably just a few seconds.
You mean inside the Sun? Basically everyone was fighting at the surface initially. Mark and Thragg went closer and then actually dipped inside. When they dipped inside, they burnt up immediately. Allen had no such damage dealt to him when dipping in

What I think some people forget about the mark, Thaddeus and Omni man feat is that the only way they were able to accomplish that was with the help of space racers gun to pierce through the planet, hell Thaddeus even states that if the core stabilized, they would have died. And true, they were not at full power because of the fight but I don’t think that feat makes each of them small planetary alone, though Allen could defiantly be scaled as planetary still
The calculation accounts for space racer and the destabilization of the planet, so no we didn’t forget.
The calc used is from VSBW, which is mine, and it was OBVIOUSLY accounted for. If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t only be 0.567 zettatons for each, but at least an order or 2 magnitudes higher. They’d be a little below baseline planetary if it wasn’t accounted for, whereas here they’re still much off from that.

I really liked that you related his getting stronger after near death to a saiyans, because I really got some dbs Broly vibes as the video went on. Assuming he learns more proper manners from Whis and Beerus along with developing his powers, I see him kinda like Allen.
To me Allen has the potential of being the (second)* most powerfull character in the whole universe. I don't know how long the Unopans can live, but looks like there is no limit to how much his body can adapt to be stronger than the thing that defeated him, so with enought time could be stronger than Mark in my opinion.
*(The first will be Atom Eve, cause C'mon, Atom Eve it's broken and if wasn't for the reverse plot Armor chip that she has on the brain it could solo the whole comic)
Most invincible comic fans don’t even have Eve top 10 in their tier lists. This is for the sole reason that she can be speedblitzed and is essentially a glass cannon.
She can only heal herself when close to death, not if she’s immediately brain dead or pulverized instantly.
There's still Markus and Terra so there is no way Allen is anywhere near second most powerful character in the whole universe. Not to mention the possibility of immortal's children which power levels have yet to be confirmed. Immortal alone although doesn't have the durability of a Viltrumite, he at least has the strength comparable to Omniman, now imagine that but an army. Then there's also battle beast's daugther and the list goes on. So no, I don't think Allen is close to being the 2nd strongest character. He may be one of the strongest but saying that he is the literal strongest without considering Eve's plot armour is very much underestimating other characters in the series.

Imagine Zenkai boost along with Eve's powers, at one point he could become the strongest being in the multiverse.
Imo that wouldn't happen nobody can reach marks level.
If I am not entirely mistaken. The fight with Thragg is very much like with Conquest in the sense that Mark is clearly weaker, but the more tenacious combatant. He is more determined and most importantly in the fight with Thragg, he can handle pain.
I could again be mistaken, but I believe there is a quote directly referring to how Thragg is slowed down by the searing heat of the sun as it harms him. Someone like Thragg who's not as used to pain as Mark is would therefore essentially be nerfed.
Regarding Allen, it is clear he has insane strength, undoubtedly on grounds to rival Thragg at that point in time, but his durability is in question and also the fact that he is scared shitless by Thraggs mere presence does seem to point to the fact he is probably uncertain at best that he could beat him. Clearly hes showing reluctance to even fight Thragg.
End of series, I like to think personally that Mark is either at Thraggs level of power or slightly above. With his crazy drive to fight and tenacity included. Allen has likely stagnated as I doubt there would be any considerable growth for him here, and though their scrap isnt some battle to the death, it seems quite evident that Allen gets decked in what seems to be a pretty low difficulty fight from how Mark just extends his hand. (He is a but roughed up but nothing else).
Allen is definitely a powerhouse but I'd like to think he places somewhere between Battle Beast and Thragg at the end of the series. Thraggs fight with Battle Beast already being somewhat skewed, since in fighting BB they were both fighting honorably. Realistically, Thragg could literally have taken BB to space and killed him rather easily (as shown and even referenced) even if they were physically matched in stats.
How do you people who have clearly read the comic all forget the part where robot sends Mark his viltrum busting armor to wear in his fight against Thragg? It practically doubled his power, and even then, he barely won.
The only think I could disagree is saying mark 500 years later is only on thragg lvl or just slightly above when in reality it really is an insane gap, mark in the spam of just a couple of years, like 20 or something not sure, went from being the weakest viltrumite to being able to face thragg on a 1 on 1, viltrumites(mark included) get stronger by aging, the power up of exp mark got just from his fight with thragg already should put him at thragg lvl, after 500 years, even if he did nothing(which he didn't) he would've gotten massively stronger, I don't think I'm exaggerating by saying mark 500 years after timeskip could very much one shot thragg the way this last one did with omni-man

I'm not disagreeing with ur calculation of Allen's power level but one thing I noticed was that the reason for Allen not barely being damaged, if at all when he entered into the sun compared to mark and thragg was it not because they bought stayed in the sun for probably much longer than Allen on top of the fact they were fighting each other while in it, so that probably is one of the factors why Mark wasn't as damaged as him on top of him becoming more durable due to the scales he developed on his body. Other than that I agree with most of ur video, and also, can u pls do

How can we scale Allen to Thragg? Because when Allen meets Thragg, Thragg isnt too worried. He notes that he could rip off Allens head before he could even react, and Allen is shook up. So, how strong is Thragg?
Except based on the feats, Thragg couldn’t do that. Allen is stronger than Battle Beast who fought Thragg for a week straight

Alan and Mark get so strong a the end of the series (Mark is slightly stronger, bloodlusted he'd win) that when compared to dragon ball- if someone with Raditz' power of about 1k focused it all they could destroy a planet- and when you start to talk about characters with levels of over 10k and above, we're talking multiplanetary.
Frieza on namek can nuke an entire solar system but he'd had to do it a couple planets at a time, cell could destroy an entire galaxy in one attack, and buu is a universal threat.
If I had to place Mark and Alan on the list here I'd put him at Goku's 90K+ Post Gravity training just before arriving on Namek.
If Goku could breathe in space at that time, he could eventually destroy a solar system but it'd take much longer than frieza and he'd never be able to destroy our sun unlike frieza.
Believe it or not Frieza could even be universal and early dragon ball characters could possibly be planetary even the characters are pretty busted comparibg to Saiyan saga characters or above is a huge feat

11:38 I wonder whether Mark beat Allen simply because the average Unopan's lifespan might be way shorter than a Viltrumite's, which would mean that Allen's prime has already passed. Even if Unopans could live for hundreds of years, it would still be like having a 30 year old human fight a 90 year old one. Unless, Allen's genetic enhancements also bypasses this shortcoming. Then again, Allen might have conceded just because Mark made a point about not needing the coalition anymore.

Allen merely swept in to snatch Mark. Even then, you can clearly see him sweating and wincing in pain. Also, it was only dipping into the sun that caused all the burn damage to Mark and Thragg, something that didn't happen to Allen so Idk why you would expect to see him damaged. Also, when Allen fought Mark and lost, it was obvious that Mark was in his prime and Allen was very old.
