this problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account
and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now , any files
you create or changes you make will be lost.

When I go to the registry editor and go to the files... inside the profilelist and clicks the long numbers...Mine says in the name: c:\users\temp but is not empty its follows by a dot and my user name.. its the same?

Someone at work had this issue. Our work uses a domain controller for the accounts. I deleted her profile and registry keys shown in the video and it fixed it

Illegal copies of things can have viruses and a virus could have done this

Uninstall the illegal version of Forza Horizon 5 and then try the steps again. If they don't work, you'll have to create a new account with administrative permissions and move all your data to the new account
