Today I will cook a simple dish with roasted pork belly. You may make some more crispy roasted pork belly next time and keep some of them for this dish. You can make this dish within 30mins. Let’s watch the video!
豆腐火腩煲Braised Tofu with Roasted Pork Belly
材料Ingredients：
硬豆腐 2塊 Tofu 2pcs
燒肉 20塊 Roasted pork belly 20pcs
蔥段 2條 Scallion 2pcs
乾蔥 2粒 Shallot 2pcs
蒜頭 4顆 Garlic 4pcs
調味料Condiment：
紹興酒 1湯匙 Chinese wine 1tbsp
生抽 1湯匙 Soy sauce 1tbsp
蠔油 1.5湯匙 Oyster sauce 1.5tbsp
糖 2茶匙 Sugar 2tsp
水 150毫升 Water 150cc
生粉水Starch solution：
粟粉 1湯匙 Corn starch 1tbsp
水 1湯匙 Water 1tbsp
