More Wandering Gods | 东海村游神

It's Spring Festival and all around Changle, Fuzhou (福州市，长乐区) are villages welcoming the new lunar year with the traditional folk festival known as 'Youshen' or Wandering Gods (游神). Locals meet up at a local temple, dress up and parade around the village with lots of firecrackers, fireworks and incense. Each village has a slightly different way of doing it and this one is in Donghai Village (东海村 - literally East Sea Village).
