The BIGGEST Yóushén Festival! | 厚福游神

There are loads of yóushén festivities all around Fuzhou at the moment but none are as big as in Houfu, Changle (长乐厚福). As well as including just about every type of wandering god you can think of and more fireworks, firecrackers and incense than you can imagine, they have huge drum groups, brass bands, lion dances and more. It starts as early as 9am and doesn't finish until well after midnight. Thousands of people flock there to witness the tradition of the local villages. It's a must see.
