the part society keeps forgetting is that FULL AUTO was first. According to the National Firearms Act the penalty for having an untaxed machine gun is ten years in the federal nick and a $10,000 fine. How come these little maggots are getting off with three years. It these devices are so evil why not throw the proverbial book at at the villains you catch with them. The threat of only three years is not that much of a deterrent but ten years in the federal neck just might get their attention.

@@mac11daddy6 bump stock might be shit but the ATF new interpretation of it also covers Forced rest trigger. You might as well say why do we need a machine gun
While these firearms meet the legal definition of a "machine gun", they are more accurately classified as a "machine pistol." The machine pistol concept has been around since the start of the 20th century with early examples being the Austrian Steyr M1912 pistol and the German Mauser C96 (first invented in 1896) being amongst the earliest semi-auto pistols converted to select fire capability. Later versions being the Russian Makarov Stechkin, and the P-35 Browning Hi-power converted by the Inglis firm, MAC 10 and 11, among many others. Since they are converted, often stock less handguns (some are capable of being fitted with a stock for better control and accuracy), they almost always share a characteristic common to the class, the short recoil movement of the slide or bolt and the gun's light weight invariably leads to an insanely high cyclic rate of fire (1000-1500 rounds per minute usually) that is very difficult to control without extensive training. Other than issue to specialized special operations units for extremely focused missions, (like assassinations) the machine pistol concept fell out of favor with the development of compact sub-machine guns in most of the world's militaries.
@@1981mrdavid A stockless handgun, or even one with the ability to be fitted with a stock, and possessing a select fire burst capability would still fit within the designation class of "machine pistol."
I saw an article decades ago about one of the John Dillinger gang. Apparently the guy was a "gunsmith" and had converted a 1911 to fire full auto and fitted the damn thing with a 50 round drum magazine from a Thompson. That's some scary shit.
It's made to be used in short bursts not to the dump the entire magazine. Anyone with practice can fire 2 - 4 round bursts no problem. On any frame with a front rail they can also be equipped with a forward grip making them much more like a typical factory machine pistol.
If you don't know anything about Glocks, this might be concerning. However, knowing Glocks as I do, I think I'd rather be shot at with an automatic Glock than a semi-automatic one. Glocks "jump" because the polymer frame is so lightweight so I suspect the average gangbanger would be hard pressed to hit anything in full auto.

Truth is, you're better off having someone shoot at you with one of these on the handgun because they will most likely do it one handed and will have very little control of it, and miss their intended target more often then if they just fired in semi auto.

He's not even a bad dude. He's a guy with marijuana, POSSIBLY for distribution, and a gun for self-defense. The only reason he's made out to be a villain is because these autoseers and marijuana both have this stigma attached to them. Marijuana should be a non-issue, and machine guns are legal with the proper paperwork filed and a massive disposable income to cover it.
His real mistake? Not using his Fifth Amendment right and not requesting a lawyer.
weed is illegal in texas

@@aster4405 did u watch the video? That man did none wrong if u gonna cry to me to get me to snitch on people for this specific situation there talking about show me someone who actually caught a body with them shts 😂
30 rounds in 2 seconds is not a threat after it emptied they'll have to throw it.Taking away guns from law abiding citizens and leaving justice in the hands of criminals wearing badges is the threat.
Uh no, they simply insert the next mag. Plus it's intended to be used in a serious of multiple short bursts, not one long one.
"It's scary in north Texas" that poor lady reporter has never held a firearm 😆 🤣
how can someone be arrested for an unregistered gun if there is no gun registry?
There is a registry; the official registry is the Federal Firearms Register, persusnt to the NFA. It contains all legally owned machineguns, short barreled rifles and short barreled shotguns, suppressors, and various other Any Other Weapons and Dangerous Devices categories items, ie: cane guns, grenades, etc.
The unofficisl registry contains every firearm we posess that they have managed to record into it.
30 rounds in to seconds? Impossible that was at least 14 or 15 rounds
Yeah but 30 sounds better 🤫🤫
That agent couldn’t shoot ether. Look at the first two shots on semi.
It’s not even a 30rd mag 🤦🏽♂️😂
"watch him shooting a blunderbuss with a extended clip mag well" - CNN
Cyclic rate is 1200 rounds per minute with a full auto Glock. So yea they can shoot fast vs a military belt fed machine gun that has a cyclic rate of around (m249 Saw)850 rounds per minute.
Abolish the ATF.
funny how even though these are illegal (unless you're like a class 3 SOT or whatever), criminals still get their hands on them, huh?
WOW, thanks to this news station I just learned something new. Now I want one. Did it ever cross the minds of the news station that when you advertise this news; now many people will want one. Especially when you give a nice demo of it. Its like an advertisement for the product.
the part society keeps forgetting is that FULL AUTO was first. BEFORE semi-auto. it's HARDER to make a gun semi-auto. the natural system wants to keep on bouncing and recoiling and repeating the cycle. to make a gun semi-auto you actually have to introduce a disconnection to ensure it doesn't cycle on it's own.
Its called a sear and disconnector
@@supupandaway8138 good job. I’m sure the laymen watching this that don’t know about firearms will totally know what a sear and disconnector are.
@@alecubudulecu it does exactly what you said
“…to the full extent of the law…” as if prosecutors prosecute like half extent of the law.
Don't fall for the online ads, thats the ATF trying to bait you.
Correct! In fact, one of the online ads had a postal address that was an actual ATF office. LOL.
I AM SURPRISED THAT THE POLICE OFFICER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL A SWITCH WAS LOL!
Oh yes, that small ass piece is changing the caliber, mag size, general size, interiors and the whole gun.
Its actually a fine little piece of engineering
According to the National Firearms Act the penalty for having an untaxed machine gun is ten years in the federal nick and a $10,000 fine. How come these little maggots are getting off with three years. It these devices are so evil why not throw the proverbial book at at the villains you catch with them. The threat of only three years is not that much of a deterrent but ten years in the federal neck just might get their attention.
Rapid fire only works in keeping heads down and depleting the ammo in the magazine, which leaves the shooter open to return fire more often during magazine changes.
White boy…this ain’t the army goofy on the street u get up onna nigga hit em wit that switch how can he shoot back
False. It's videos of gang members using them an they are accurate in the right hands.
Spray and pray.
Actually, you are wrong; probably inexperienced and obviously poorly trained.
Criminals don’t care about gun laws or any other laws. Get it?
And neither should law abiding citizens.

good luck banning 3D printers & blocks of metal
"this small part turns a deadly weapon into an unusable chunk of metal that cant hit the broad side of a barn."
Or not.
When we lowered the pull on the trigger in our pistols too low the same effect come: an unwanted burst.
Illegal if not registered, filed with ATF and paid for tax stamps. Legal if you do the above and have a class III FFL.
Lmao how many people do you know are going through all that bullshit
How do u get a class 3 ffl
@@RICH.727 if you want the ATF to be allowed to enter you home, business or vehicle whenever they want…WITHOUT a warrant….go ahead and get your class III license…as for me…no thank you…I won’t be giving up ANY more of my rights to this failing government👍👍👍👍
dont you have to manufacture it yourself with that class 3 FFL? You are essentially a manufacturer right so thats why you can make them? However you cant buy one of these online from china even with a class 3 FFL.
@@RICH.727 pay for it
I dont see what the big deal is anyone who knows how a firearm works can make one out of a block of steel nowadays. even plastic ones. And unless we make laws saying we cant fabericate things criminals will always be able to get ahold of any firearm they want. And the only way to protect yourself is to carry a firearm and get training with said firearm.
Yup, you can make pipe shotguns out of only 3-4 items.
They definitely don't like the idea of you building your own. Hence the crusade on ghost guns and part suppliers.

That was not 30 rounds in 2 seconds you liars.. it doesn't even have an extended magazine so 30 won't fit. Amd did you notice the muzzle rise. Very inaccurate. I'll keep my semi auto glock 23.

Bump stocks were such a piece of junk. You’re not gonna hit anything
@@mac11daddy6 bump stock might be shit but the ATF new interpretation of it also covers Forced rest trigger. You might as well say why do we need a machine gun
Yeah it was 60 🤣
While these firearms meet the legal definition of a "machine gun", they are more accurately classified as a "machine pistol." The machine pistol concept has been around since the start of the 20th century with early examples being the Austrian Steyr M1912 pistol and the German Mauser C96 (first invented in 1896) being amongst the earliest semi-auto pistols converted to select fire capability.
Now *this* is a rant I can agree with
@@1981mrdavid A stockless handgun, or even one with the ability to be fitted with a stock, and possessing a select fire burst capability would still fit within the designation class of "machine pistol."
Awesome synopsis, thank you
They have no control of the rate of fire , any military would roll their eyes over this combination
I saw an article decades ago about one of the John Dillinger gang. Apparently the guy was a "gunsmith" and had converted a 1911 to fire full auto and fitted the damn thing with a 50 round drum magazine from a Thompson. That's some scary shit.
They’re illegal to possess but perfectly fine to be processed
Since there’s no Federal law requiring gun registration how can someone be convicted of this “crime”?
So, you never heard of the National Firearms Act and the machine gun registry.
I'm so glad I saw this video now i don't need to spend 15+ grand on my next gun
Very very difficult to control.
If your opponent has this and doesn't hit you with the 1st shot, you have a very good chance.
I've personally shot one of these and I think they should sell them for the public of gun owners, its just a fun little object tbh
Walk ups r real 💯
It's made to be used in short bursts not to the dump the entire magazine. Anyone with practice can fire 2 - 4 round bursts no problem. On any frame with a front rail they can also be equipped with a forward grip making them much more like a typical factory machine pistol.
@@tomw5693 Yeah, some kind of a long silencer, with a grip.
You get a long barrel that way, and good control.
It’s funny how they say they can take away guns but still can use the guns properly
"these small parts are turning handguns into machine guns"

Mass non compliance is the only way to render a law null and void. Good.

In the hands of a responsible gun owner, I do not see the issue! Wait, lets blame the guns!
How and where can I obtain one of these switches? I want one!! Please lmk
the real crime is that full autos have been unconstitutionally infringed upon since 1986
This is part of the problem.......how in the hell are police forces so late on knowing what switches are and where they come from. 🤦🏾♂️
They looked like cavemen who saw the space shuttle blast off. 😂
Huh, it’s almost like criminals find ways around the established laws.
And, almost like existing laws are not being enforced. Another, “huh”, for me.
How about sharing some links where to purchase these? I want one!
“Easier for CRIMINALS”, and for “teenagers who don’t understand”.. Are you that out of touch with reality? They UNDERSTAND fully well what they’re getting into. So let’s take away law abiding citizens their crimes constitutionally protected 2A, that will definitely solve the problem. Furthermore the same people thinking Teens don’t fully understand the laws, are asking the same to craft sensible gun laws!!!🤔
They refuse to persecute bankers for destroying the global economy but are willing to search your car for the smell of weed which as a drug literally does not have the ability to cause fatal overdoses. 😒

The ATF employs a lot of special agents.
Everything should be full-auto tbh
Omg I want one! Thank you for showing me this!
I don't see why we can't get the guys who make these to make them for the army. Like sure they're deadly in civilian use but in combat they could be a life saver, and an ammo waster.
The proper term is 'machine pistol'
Fed Bois getting scared cuz armed citizens can have the same firepower they do.
Seriously.
Question
By definition, what type of cartridge shot by a gun makes said gin a machine gun?
Such a small tweak but has a huge impact.
God bless.
Defund the ATF
Truth is, you're better off having someone shoot at you with one of these on the handgun because they will most likely do it one handed and will have very little control of it, and miss their intended target more often then if they just fired in semi auto.
When the AFT is more interested in braces meant for disabled veterans than actual criminals, we know they are absolutely messing around.
he dumps 3 10 round mags and they combined all the clips and say it 30 rounds in 2 seconds gotta add that reload time too
