  • Your metabolism determines how many calories your body will burn during the day. If you'd like your body to burn more calories, watch this video to learn three nutrients that boost your metabolism.
    In the video, you'll learn:
*The nutrient that makes your digestive system work harder. That is a good thing because the more energy it takes to break down the foods you eat, the more calories your body burns.
*The vitamin that is needed to turn the food you eat into energy. You'll also learn which foods to eat to get these important vitamins in your daily diet.
*The mineral that is needed for hundreds of metabolic processes in your body. Without it, your metabolism will be sluggish.

Taking Magnesium has been a game changer in my health. I thought I needed loads of probiotics for digestion but turns out I needed magnesium and 3cups spinach smoothie every day. That and eating low carb has fixed loads of health issues.

Hi Dr. Becky! How does using Endure compare to taking 400 mg Magnesium supplement? Do they provide the same amount? And I didn't see a B vitamin listed in your store. What type of B do you recommend?

I struggle with insoluble fibre because I have an atonic colon due to cerebral palsy. Do you have any suggestions to replace all of the high fibre veg that I am not supposed to eat? Does soluble fibre have a similar filling effect?

Hi Bronwyn, both will depend on your food choices. To give you some idea, I add 12 drops of Endure electrolyte supplement to may morning and evening water. Endure contains magnesium. If you're interested, it is on my Amazon Affiliate Shop: www.amazon.com/shop/beckygillaspy

Doc Becky Hi! A male subscriber and fan here. I am pretty sure you have not released a video on Male Pattern Baldness, Alopecia, or even hair thinning and what to do and what best foods to avoid and eat. For instance some advocate nuts, but others say peanuts cause inflammation of follicles etc. I appreciate it, together with all follicularly challenged if you could make one. Thanks so much. =)

Hi Dr. Becky, just received my Endure a couple a days ago. I'm not sure if I should add drops to just one glass of water per day OR put the recommended number of drops into a gallon of water in advance; knowing that each glass poured will contain some electrolytes. Thank you for the great vids by the way. Intermittent fasting and Keto, one week now, feeling great 3 pounds down -- I know, I know it's water. LOL

Hi Gina, great to hear that you're on your way with your weight loss! I take Endure by the glass. You could put it in a gallon jug, but I would shake the jug before pouring a glass.

      Have you tried liposomal B12?
It bypasses the GI tract entirely and goes straight into the blood supply.
One step down from an IV drip and you self administer it.
