Okay guys listen those guys aren't much learn about kalaripaytu and even they learn they are not able to describe in English I researched 2days about this from my friends to Google
This is the form of Self Defence, war practice, excercise, self balance, body enhancement etc.
This was first known by guru Parshuram and Muni Agatsya
From the Lord SHIVA it's transferred from them to sages to people's this is the history and the records are really get demolished by Mughals from University and temples like takshashila and ancient temples
Later this practice was taken to china by Sage BODHIDHARMA the great Indian sage, monk THEN it's named as kungfu, karate, taekwondo and still chineese practice in their temples of china but the original one is Kalaripaytu

Talking about Hinduism I'd like to add, you should also look into what your ancestors followed, i.e., Norse Paganism (you might know about it), it will help you to understand Pagan religions like Hinduism better, which are more about being a Natural 'Way of Life' than an organised Religion
