That Galil Ace looks fantastic. Might consider picking one up. At around 2k, price really isn't bad.
Its quite awesome. i ended up buying the SBR version in this video. For the money, its unmatched. The SCAR has a higher ceiling after spending money on it but retailing for $3700 plus the mandatory (imo) rail for $300.. Unless you really want to min/max without regard to money, that Ace gen 2 is it. I will do a shooting video on them when i get the form 4 back.
@@maximusjoseppi5904make sure you put a suppressor on that 11" barrel. Totally changes the gun, and makes it so much more enjoyable.

Pre-Plandemic SCAR 17S were in the $2,600 range new, then they jumped up to $4,000+, but now have settled back down to $3,200-$3,600.
I really like my scar and i like my galil but its a lot heavier and want to get a mr762
Great vid, I own the Galil in 5.56, it's easily one of the most slept on rifles of our time with some of the best engineering available. You can get LRBO with a trigger change to a K&S trigger though. I didn't know that galils are the go-to for the competition 7.62/39 crowd, after owning one I certainly know why. They were made by a group of warriors and it shows. Curious to see how you like them compairitively when it comes to shooting as well.

Well the galil is just a modernized and product improved AK so that is going out class the AK19 through and through.
I don't know a lot about the Chinese rifle but it's quite dated with that old style handguard and feature set.
None of the above can hold a candle to a properly outfitted SCAR H or L.
I’ve owned and sold two scars… Love them in theory, but I can’t stomach the thought of having to spend another $2000, on top of the already ridiculous price, to make them what they should be from the factory.
To hell with SIG. They BETA test on their customers. I don’t expect a SPEAR will be reliable within the next two years.
ya, its tough having to buy a $3700 gun and then spend $400 on top to make it better. luckily though, at least its "only" $400ish now that NRCH is standard. The spear is surprisingly horrible.. i didnt expect a lot from the specs but its actually a flawed design. its unacceptable for the charging handle's action to be easily impeded by the stock during normal use, it should be recalled. the galil is fantastic based on first impressions though, its in NFA jail at the moment but i will do a follow-up video and go head to head with the scar in the future.
I have a couple Zastavas and im going to purchase a Galil soon but i cant make up my mind 7.62 ace or 308. With 16" i really want a battle rifle. And i feel like a 308.is better than 300 bo even though i lovethat caliber as well.
300 blackout and 308 are completely different calibers for different purposes. 300 blackout is better than 762x39 and 556 though.

Actually no, funny enough I was just looking to send it in yesterday to get it done but the company is all booked up right now.
It's the best 45 I've shot outside of custom 2011s and even still, it's only short coming is the trigger. It recoils less than my 2011
Remember militia will not get much help in a shtf situation. The Ace will last longest of the 3 in a sustained gunfight. That would be my pick all things considered. American riflemen got 5 shot sub inch groups.
