I would rather have open gutters than human homeless people strewn across the streets!

very poor place still using the same rickety transport system , poor drainage system , no tangible development this is a highbrow area in nigeria , whats a shame
No skid rows though, no rampant drug addicts strewn across on the streets as is the "norm" in some other faraway places!
