Recently the minister in charge, Adegbite said Russian technical assessors (60) and Nigerian technical assessors (100) members will evaluate the extent of damage to the plant over so many years. Don't forget that this plant was built many years ago with some outdated technology from the Soviet era. What caused the delay, Covid 19 restrictions and insecurity. But we should give this government the benefit of doubt to deliver before it's exit in 2023 (they have done it with so many other projects you highlighted in your video.

I just watched this and few other stories posted! Needless to re-emphasise that it is very good patriotic research. We all know what has been the long term albatross to the developmental potentials of Nigeria, but I know it cannot continue forever. If any politician with executive powers like the Governor or President will not engage in vanities but wish or plan to print his name/image in the hearts of the people, he will project and plan for the future of his people so that when he is long gone, his memories will be evergreen. Lee, Awo, Nyerere, Gaddafi and others are references. For Nigerian diasporans, no one will have capacity to disenfranchise them forever.Time will tell!

It was expected to continue to the next high way Road, which was the Airport road, and the Ekenwa Road, then it will meet back it starting point, which was Benin Lagos Road, so that the Road would go round Benin, hell no, instead the bypass was stopped at Benin warri Road and was never completed, we are managing it like that, cus people already bought the lands that was supposed to be used for this Road project, continuing it now, govt will spend hell lot of money to compensate landlords

What you are not saying is that, in Nigeria passt contracts where given but the same government officials go back and give the contractors a bank account number to deposit their share of the money...then once the contractors do that, it means work never has to be completed and basically the government authorities who had gone back to collecte money from the contractors would be afraid to say anything, or else the contractors would expose them. So no work would be done, then government personnel would create another document to read, work couldn't go further for lack of funding.. the whole thing has always been like that, a scam, our political class and their private contractors are worse than yahoo boys 419 scammers... In my state of plateau I heard back in 1999 through 2007 the same road contract was awarded and paid three times but no work was done, why because of the type of scams I described above...

Buhari has faced open assassination attempts with massive media propaganda campaigns. How feasible is it for him to throw such corrupt contractors in jail which where preped up by the past pdp regimes? There's possibly that the contactors were not fully paid by corrupt govt officials that's why they never finished their projects.
