Thank you so much. It’s about 15 to 20 minutes drive. It’s crazy. Also in some areas you can have a very impoverished area right next to a very affluent area because historical they settle around the rich areas to provide cheap labour to the rich folks

You are right, that part of CBD is called cartier commerciale, it used to be the image of Kigali of 90s. The city of Kigali are in process of gentrifying the place into a walkable plaza. But for now it represents the only chaos of the city. If you notice those old shops are facing a serious renovation.because are in terrible conditions,But still the side hustle people "haukers" street venders sometimes make it noticed as not clean as the rest of the place. Like in 3 years for now we will have another say about the place

Honestly speaking what exactly do you call lush about a street with no pavements for people to walk ?

This video is shameful and only shows the low level of standards Ghana people have , i am saying this because they think having a street with no pavements for people to walk while there’s dangerous deep open gutters full of garbage and plastic bottles and no street lights is a lush thing lol 😂 please viewers just carefully look at the streets where the hell are people to walk ? You can see Ghana people are selfish just by looking at the poorly developed areas in this video . Take your eyes off fancy buildings and look at where people have to walk
