Cette partie de Kigali n'est pra propre 59:50.
Le reste ça va. Cette zone de Kigali ressemble vraiment à un vrai centre ville 21:50, mais je ne sais pas pourquoi qui les gens qui font des vidéos sur Kigali perdent leur temps a monter les principales avenues et les trottoirs. Comme au début de la vidéo et presque personne montre vraiment l'intérieur du centre ville Alors que c'est jolie.

@SMadalena there's no search people in Rwanda especially in Downtown is forbidden other parts of the country they built markets where they can go and do their business
Actually Quartier commercial is where the retailers work from

Les routes du quartier commercial ne sont pas en bon état, problèmes de canalisation, les trottoirs sales et délabrés, des magasins vieux et sans charme... Je me demande pourquoi le Rwanda n'a pas mis d' efforts dans ce centre qui montre la vraie vie de la ville ! Ca donne pas envie d'y être ! 😮

You are right, that part of CBD is called cartier commerciale, it used to be the image of Kigali of 90s. The city of Kigali are in process of gentrifying the place into a walkable plaza. But for now it represents the only chaos of the city. If you notice those old shops are facing a serious renovation.because are in terrible conditions,But still the side hustle people "haukers" street venders sometimes make it noticed as not clean as the rest of the place. Like in 3 years for now we will have another say about the place
