Ladies pour water on your pads and freeze them. The coolness literally is what saved me since I suffered tears after labor. I add aloe Vera on there too

Those cold pack pad things are so good. I bought 2 boxes last time 😂 Also don't be frightened of episiotomy. If I'd known what it would be like I wouldn't have stressed out so much before birth. Not something I would want to do every weekend but by no means a disaster.
Maternity pads are now available and more comfortable
