The fact they feel comfortable enough to actually do so shows he is a friendly person with an easygoing personality but if he needs to put his foot down on certain matters he will and because of the genuine respect they have for him they will listen... he is not seriously trying to get them to stop with ribbing/teasing and they know how far they can go because he has most likely set boundaries that the girls/talents respect

The community may mock the fish mock, but it must've felt redeeming to Sakana when he admitted Phase Connect was "money positive". Which I think means Phase has financial breathing room and is close to profitablity.
To summarize what he said, they're cash flow positive, which means their revenue is exceeding their operation costs. He said they have enough to start investing in content creation so to have a positive cash flow while doing that means they're accumulating cash while being able to grow the business. How close to profitability they are depends on how much they've sunk into the business. The fact they're able to grow and accumulate enough cash to not worry about paying off debts and expenses is a good sign they're doing well.

It *IS* Profitable, thankfully. They already said on stream that they decided to re-invest most of the profits back to the company (ex : Gen 3's animated video, promotions, and models).

Yuri termination is the result of Sakana poaching a talent that doesn't get along well with the rest of Phase Talent.
