@@dorklymorkly3290 Looking back I think I was kinda lucky when cell phones weren't popular and iphone wasn't invented until I reached high school.
Generally it's based, but 18 is to excessive and does more harm than good. THey will not develop a good media competence that way. I would say 10-16 depending on their developement and gradually connected to their maturity.

And the reason is that most of the time little kids will either break it or lose it and will not be used for comunication.
