@@keithwiechart7744indeed it's shows less of a corpo is supreme mindset and the talents are properly "managed" and looked after (physical, psychological and emotional) both phase and hololive care for the person behind the models and tries to keep things polite but comfortable (no backstabbing or sabotaging of the talents to each other) and I think in regards to financial after youtube takes their cut they split it fairly equally and I think merch is is 60/40 split between the talents and company respectively

I’ve seen clips of Henya talking about Gunrun casually and Rin and the Idol CEO seem to engage in banter and light pranking quite often. Also, Rin apparently reads contracts for fun, so if there was anything off about Idol’s contract, I don’t believe Rin would be a part of it. Regardless, the corporations that emphasize management to talent communication consistently seem to be the most well regarded.

Could be wrong, but for all the Phase girls having the reputation of being either sad girls, unhinged, or both, Tenma is the only one that actually seems to scare the fishman.

They were initially, esp during the birth of the sad girls labeling of PC as fellows in the same industry.
Dizzy is actually one of the if not the OG manager of PC along with being already a very well experienced person when it came to Vtuber's and management (Tsunderia) so I'd say he sees her as a coworker rather than an employee.
