As a cart pusher you are responsible for cleaning the carts, cleaning the inside of the entrances, and cleaning out the trash bags in the parking lot. It isn't just cart pushing. I work as a lead in the back and that shit is annoying when I have to send my guys out there to push carts cause the ones that are there ain't worth shit. It is an easy job. Doesn't look like that trained you correctly by showing you only one thing. Check the process guides. You'll see.

Depends. At the Walmart I work at since it’s much smaller in scale there’s a disproportionate amount of carts relative to the building’s size and traffic. With 2 people working we can fill the inside carts quickly and when that happens we usually go do another loop n start putting thwse carts in rows seperate from the rows inside so rhat if we need to fill the inside with a lot of carts we can just pull from the seperate rows. If it’s a slow day n there’s very little people using the carts they may tell u to sweep or do some other work

35 hours part time 35-40 for full time. 8 hour shifts tho 5 days a week is 40 hours but you can set ur availability when hired on. Just be straightforward..

@Aaron-ff5km yup. I feel ya. I needed part time beginning this year. My industry has been slow. Although it is nice to work left alone, 13 miles a night non stop, be sure to ice down nightly.

Almost everyone that works at walmart has some type of ear buds in they ear.
It makes working there a bit more easier and makes a big difference as a cart attendant but I recommend one ear only and not have it too loud
