- Working at Walmart is like working just about any other retail job.
In all honesty if you can get past the gross parts about Walmart working at Walmart isn't too bad.
Thank you all for the support I honestly never thought this channel would grow this fast.

@Rippedbird The joke is that he's taking a 45 minute break instead of a 15
You're not gonna be at the wall of the mart for too much longer with this quality of video on top of the stick figure trend, great videos man!
for real this guy will 100% have 100k subs
@@koen4261 ye these videos are so fire and so high quality for a beginner page
100% this guy will make millions

Walmart's smartest management team:
🤣🤣
As a current Walmart meat/produce associate, I can 100% confirm all of this to be true. Had also been fired once (told me it was for attendance, although I was never late, called out, or left early) and rehired as well. People here will quite literally clock in and go back to their car and sleep the rest of their shift, that isn’t a lie.
If I did that I would've been going in the office.
as someone who has worked at a produce of a supermarket, this video is beyond accurate
bummer
my experience was ordering and throwing 12 pallets alone every day and pricing and labelling and cleaning and running it 1 man for extremely low wages
all in all it wasn't so bad
Worked at walmart for 8 years. Couldn't move up because my interviewing skills sucked. Finally got out. Best thing ever. Worked in frozen dairy for so long. I never want to be cold another day in my life. Got my first actual year end review today. Closest thing I got to that at walmart was a manager that said "I don't really know you that well so I just marked you as average for everything." Back then I worked as a cart pusher at a super center that only had 1 pusher per shift unless it was a holiday. "Fun" times.
i used to work as a cart pusher, i feel so, so, so bad for you. you have earned my upmost respect man
I remember all the cart pushers complaining about their job, meanwhile the frozen dairy workers are in the corner contemplating suicide lmao.
I work as a cashier for Brookshire Brothers (which is a supermarket like Walmart) and cart pushing in the Texas heat does something to a person.
@L3G1T_DC am I a bad person that I just laughed at that?
what's crazy is that this guy has jumped from 4k subs to 26k in less than a week... i can already tell youre gonna make it big, the quality of these videos are too good for just 26k subs
Yeah the nicotine addiction video a week ago was at 80k lol
He already went up 1k lol
Yup
He went up 5 k in a fucking day
Right
as a meat and produce worker I can really just relate, ig that just every store is shit managed, you can just clock in, dick around and doing nothing and clock out, somehow they are not noticing 💀
But if you miss a couple days outta the year you're gone, terminated, fired, donzo.
how is your meat and produce experience? i just quit tonight because they had me running the meat truck every morning starting at 5 am, which i did sign up for but it ended up being too overwhelming because i was unloading all of this with absolutely no training which is why i quit and decided not to slave my life away in the meat cooler
that shit about working so many different positions is unreal. i hired in as sporting goods, but near the end of my 8 months i worked there, a regular day consisted of me covering sporting goods, hardware, electronics, housewares, fabrics and crafts, and automotive, often either by myself or with maybe one or two people. that included stocking, zoning the aisles, doing item returns and helping customers.
i remember one day when a coworker of mine was told to take his lunch basically an hour after he got there, bc after i clocked out he was gonna be the only employee covering the whole half of GM.
another fun thing is when they scheduled me for 10 days straight between pay weeks, so not only would i be working 10 days in a row without a break, i was getting less hours on my paycheck and no OT thanks to that loophole. that occurred basically every month.
i’m so fuckin happy i quit that shithole.
This video is EXTREMELY relatable. I hate my current job now, but I hate the fact that I gave them two years of my life even more. You have my utmost respect sir!
I worked at Walmart for almost three years and i was a Cart Associate, but i got fired by the Store Manager because i told him i didn't want to ride the forklift anymore. I would do everything for the managers but the one time i said no about the forklift they got rid of me. One of the happiest moments in my live. 🤣🤣
That's how it goes, if a cart associate "rebels" in the slightest they'll look for a way to can you.
@Somerandompersonisawesomebeoch Yeah it's true
When I got fired I was crying joyful tears
@@thetwosler8493 LOL
I worked at Walmart for over a year. I was probably the hardest worked at the store outside of the Store Lead and GM (not really that hard to do, honestly everyone is so fucking lazy).
My coach counted me as not their after I clocked in, and so I pointed out. She was even happy about it too. Mrs. Ronda, if you see this, eat dirt.
I was hired as a food and consumables associate, but I was the only associate over ambient food, frozen/dairy, 97 wall, pets, chemical, otc pharmacy and cosmetics, and seasonal. Most of the time, I would get pulled to work CAP2 or OGP which was ok because at least it wasn’t chemicals. I had to unload all of the palleted freight and frozen/dairy. I got mad one day and put another workers vest on the walkie stacked and raised it as high as it would go, then clocked out and went home. Only me and another person had a key at the time
The Bois over in frozen dairy are actual war hero's for the work they have to endure. same with maintenance.
@@L3G1T_DC We had one guy who only worked dairy. Dale was a unit, but he got fired after me because he couldn’t keep up. What kind of Supercenter only has 3 associates for half the store 🤡
NAH RONDA IS THE MANAGER AT MY LOCAL WALMART
@@mohal6707 What store number?
I was the former lead over cap 1 (I left a few months ago because that place was crazy) our daily team duties were the usual work and stock trucks from frozen, dairy, grocery, pets, pharmacy, hba, plus capping. But besides that we were also expected to start and finish at least one of our double trucks before cap 2 arrives. Work out dept 91, and send half of the team to housewares/toys/automotive because they didn’t hire anyone else to stock those departments. Not to mention any other duties they needed extra help with which included help stock fresh departments, and collect outside carts. So I had a 10 person team spread pretty thin all day.
That part about applying for one to two positions, and then being thrown into every OTHER department made my skin crawl. I can't stand that shit! Every Sunday, I get pulled to OGP, because they're always (and I do mean ALWAYS) slumped on Sundays. I'm a dairy associate, and on Sundays, I'm the only dairy associate on the clock for the morning shift. They STILL pull me over to OGP, only to later complain that the Dairy assignments/tasks were not completed.
If it weren't for the fact that Walmart's bullshit job description is so broad (i.e. the part where it says "perform the tasks that pertain to the position as well as any other tasks assigned"), I'd just say no whenever they try to pull me. But that'd just be a coaching, for some God-forsaken reason.
Congratulations man. Having a child is a journey and we will be with you every step of the way
My gf is a CSM at Walmart and she tells me how literally nobody ever gets fired for any reason ever. There are people who literally don't show up for months and just come in and continue working. So I guess it just depends what walmart you're at
I've heard a lot of nasty stuff about Walmart, about the years after Walton's descendants took over. The new owners put the company focused heavily on profit and thin margins. They have also cut hours and made it harder to get approved for health insurance. These same brutal practices you describe to me here: they are the same troubles but worse that I experienced at Amazon.
I could only last a year at Walmart before I got burnt out with their bullshit point system and a mix of other stuff, granted their was two times where I could’ve been fired but my team leads saved my ass cause they liked me and thought I was a hard worker. But the favoritism from management and cap2 getting shit on for other departments mistakes just burnt me out so quickly
I worked at sam’s club before and for those who don’t know, sam’s club is owned by walmart. The good thing about sam’s club was that they had higher standard in which cleanliness was important. Maybe not as clean as costco lol but at least it looked way better than walmart. Nothing really was ever tried to get covered up and luckily the management did hire almost no lazy people. Of course there is always going to be at least one lazy person here and there but overall the team i worked with was fucking cool. After i had work there for a year, management was becoming stricter and tighter on the team and i left mainly because of the same issue that walmart has which is trying to make everything the best they can with such few associates. I was on the merchandise and stocking department on a team of 7 people. Always could never finish our tasks on time because manager kept adding and prioritizing other tasks.
I worked at Walmart was a manger and I did Black Friday one year just to watch people dive literally dive into everything I set up
I've been doing overnight at Walmart for 2 years and it's hard but not as hard as day shift.
Depends on the worker you are imo
I've worked at Walmart for 3 months and have zero idea how the point system works, I'm just going to keep pushing the limit with my bullshit until they fire me
can confirm as a Walmart employee, it ain't shit to get rehired after getting 5 points, ive worked 5 days a week for 3 months and only have 3 hours of ppto accrued, I had a fever and strep and my team lead said "please dont call out tomorrow" I had to threaten to breathe on all the door knobs for her to leave me tf alone
As someone who worked at walmart for only about a month and a half. This is all true.
Bro you gotta make more vids you have huge potential your animation and storytelling keeps me interested and is funny af too
Your channel is addicting, i’ve watched all your videos this morning and im not planning to stop for the future ones, but this comment sounds a lot like what a bot would say, let me add that human twist to it by telling you that you got amazing street knowledge and its very similar to my story, man im fing high
I got fired from Walmart the same way you did, but only for coming in a few minutes early everyday. Unlike you however I don’t plan to get rehired at that god forsaken place
Aye I hope you keep growing quickly because these types of storytelling videos are great to watch instead of watching 50 CZcams shorts.
As a greeter, the hardest part about the job is planning out how are we all gonna have our breaks/lunch lmao
Hardest part for me was trying to find a chair
Nice! New video
Absolutely love all your videos man, your going to absolutely blow up with this quality of content
Overnight Stocker RANT: i have been doing ON Stocking for 6 months now. My coworkers are lazy af and it doesnt help that they fired all these people because of points. They dont have anyone for 2-3 departments and now they just expect me to do a 2-3 person job before 7am. Right now, i am currently transferring to Cap 2 to get my day life back while I try to find another day job.
The point system is absolutely ridiculous, you call off during one holiday and you're halfway to being fired. Calling off during 1 holiday is all it takes. In my store they fired someone that has been there for 20 years because of points. Imagine giving 20 years of your life to a company and they just turn around and fire you for a dumb point system THEY created.
overnights is not worth the dollar fifty extra, it is not. They keep piling on more and more stuff on us. They expect us to work overstock from the night before, the live stock that just came off the truck, they also now expect us to work the vizpick items someone else pulled out from the back, they expect us to clear the topstock carts as well oh also while doing all of this they also expect us to count and correct the onhand count of items on the shelf.
On double truck nights, I get about 15-20 pallets of freight in Chemicals, guess who is expected to do all of this? Me, by myself, no help ohhh but on a slow night im expected to finish and help someone else. Sooooo let me get this straight, I get no help when I need it but I am expected to help the lazier workers? No, i want off this team.
Great video man! your videos are hella funny and interesting.
I was working OGP for a year and that shit was fun af loved taking 45 min breaks and 2 hour lunches daily
once you start taking them 2 hour lunches, you know your team lead does not give a single fuck
I hated everyone who worked ogp. I could zone a whole ass aisle and the entire ogp department would come fuck it up.
i love these videos, they are actually top tier also you are completely underrated
Very relatable 😂 looking forward to part 2, keep up the good work
I subbed yesterday at 20k, now at 25 and a new video. Absolutely love this channel
if you continue like this you're gonna blow up big times , really well done 👏
mans actually hella funny. Keep up your content homie, your a great man.
Has to be one of my favorite CZcamsrs man this guy makes great content 😂🔥
Love your videos bro! Keep it up my guy 🙏
I’ve been working in meat and produce Walmart for 6 months and I would just like to say that everything mentioned is completely accurate. Don’t get 5 points or they will break bones. Include trips to organics and the difficulty of unloading trucks in your next video please
Also mention trying to maneuver pallets around oblivious npc’s
OMG I worked at Walmart, I shook my head when you said PTO. I worked Produce at Shoprite (New Jersey Grocery Store) and when we got a lot of moldy produce. We send it back to the company and get refunded a new batch. When we get a bad shipment, we cut ties with the old suppliers and get new ones. So they were on top of that if we were upset about our supply lol
100% can confirm
It’s a nightmare and I’ve been working there for 2 years and still going somehow
Just found your channel, AND HOLY FAK this is amazing
This content is such a chill vibe
We NEED longer videos. I love the content
It’s funny because I used to work in a warehouse for over a year that dealt with food. If we saw oranges like that we would have to check the whole shipment and throw all of them out. Sometimes even packaged products like orange juice in a pack of six would have one bad one and we would have to throw it away. I’m appalled that the wall of mart would just be okay with the oranges.
Glad to say imma OG 😂😂 just found you the other day when you had 10k it now looks like you will hit 100k by the end of this year! Great vid btw 💯
These videos are straight gas man keep up the killer work and makin me laugh
kinda makes me want to work at walmart so I can do nothing and get paid
You need to luck out with an extremely incompetent team lead and be in a position where it isn't obvious to the coaches or store manager if you are missing. I don't mean just an idiot team lead, I mean one that is especially incompetent even for Walmart standards.
@@zackwoods5077 fair lol, or maybe I could work very well for one day than barely work the 4 other days lol
your vids are really good for someone with 20k subs man keep it up.
Amazing content! I am laughing every moment. Keep it up ❤

Keep on grinding CZcams, shits so entertaining 🔥🔥
As a former walmart cap 2 team lead and ACC technician I can relate to this video so much and it's a cool feeling. Also walmart is actually a good job. Easy job
thats some clean ass editing my man. great vid!
I work at a small walmart in ky and everything said in the video is 100% true. I work at electronics and I literally have done every front end job as well as every other department job, ogp and cap2.

Holy dude, I subbed to this channel like a week or two ago and I SWEAR you only had like 8k. Not gonna be working at Wally’s world for much longer homie
The point system is such bs, I got fired because I left when they tried to make me work stock instead of my OGP position during the winter storm
The orange-pocalypse is the worst, happens every winter. I swear there where days I would end up claiming hundreds of dollars of bagged oranges and clementines.
"dragged out" bro the video is 4 minutes💀
ig animation takes time, ill be waiting for part 2
Currently work in online shopping and we aren’t allowed to sit down even if we somehow manage to not be busy in these terrible days. If we ever do run out of things to do, we also do other peoples jobs.
Pretty cool vids you´re doing, keep them up!
I did produce at woodmans for about a year. The produce part with the moldy oranges was spot on😂 most of our shipments always had a few bad ones per box, and my manager would always tell me to just pick the bad ones out. I now wash every piece of produce I buy lol
This is great. I been working cap 2 for nearly 3 years now and I can say this with certainty. This video is 10000% accurate 💀💀💀
found your videos off of tiktok reposts, you have a lot of potential, excited to see you grow from her broski
