I'm glad my new job pays every week rather than every other week. Using Earn In wasn't helping me much, just barely got myself out of jams sometimes. I don't know how much Cart Pushers got paid since I left that position, but you're right, they're pushed around too much and work too hard to be paid so little. You literally dealt with customers, weather (heat, rain, sometimes snow), a ton of carts, not being able to take tips for helping a customer, a bunch of broken electric carts that needed service repair or replacement. And the complaint list could go on to why I think IMO Cart Pushers should get like $15 or $20 an hour. And honestly they would be doing better to pay weekly rather than bi-weekly. I guess all their money is either going to the people at the top or to expensive advertising or something. Glad Uber is working for you man. Hopefully now with all that extra money and free time you can boost your channel up even more and start making more money with your T shirts as well!
Yeah, I wish the cart pusher s made a lot more tho since they are taking the ass beating outside
@@adventuregamingvital Probably feels good to have freedom to make money on your own terms now. Having more time to do what you want. Sometimes Walmart felt like a Commie Camp or prison. But I would always tell myself to think positive and make it feel or seem like a more fun job. I met some great people. Like you and Joe. I already knew Bryant from church. But some (not all) managers could be so bossy. And not caring or understanding enough. It just seems like they don’t mind making a bunch of people work for nothing because you’re easily expendable, you walk out the door and they already have someone else lined up to replace you. They act like you’re not gonna be something big someday and could either become a big competitor of theirs or join a competitor. It’s like they don’t realize or care that you may possibly possess valuable skills/ideas/potential that may have not grown enough yet to be fully realized.
I know that for sure
Hey adventuregamingvital I love the exploring videos I remember I asked if I could go with you to but with me being to young I'm not able to
@@adventuregamingvital And keep up the good work
I once applied to my local Walmart. When I walked to the interview, the HR manager did the bait and switch on me: I applied for personal shopper, but she told she was out of those positions and offered me cart pusher. From that encounter, I assumed cart pushers have a high turnover rate.
I declined the offer and left. As I was walking, an employee spoke to me. She overheard and told me that the HR manager lied to me. I left that Walmart relieved.
Sounds like you made the right decision in leaving, your manager sounds like a nightmare to work for.
Keep your head up and don't let anyone bring you down, you have a good head on your shoulders, & I believe you're going to go far!
Thank you for your support. I appreciate it a lot🥺
Walmart is a terrible work place, I can't believe they did that to you!!
I know
My first job was at Walmart as a cart pusher back in 2013 and I held it for almost 5 years here in south Florida. I was fired for attendance because it just got too unbearable after so many years and it was practically soul draining. I still feel like I lost a part of me from that job.
Im a cart pusher in similar store like Walmart called “Canadian Tire” here in Canada. The weather here is HARSH and i have to risk my life pushing carts outside in -20°C (-4°F) and watch out for cars, only to be paid the same as store greeters who just stand there and greet customers. Such BS. I’m staying for now since I don’t have any replacement job
They never place a high value on hard dangerous physical labor.... Be safe out there
I work at Walmart and I’m a cart pusher am I’m the only one most of the time it’s not bad just wish I had more people to help
Yeah, Walmart does that to people. Make it only one person cleaning the parking lot without help.
I'm tha same way with no machine
Update we only have one Machine to push carts I’m the only cart pusher left and they have put two work orders in and we still haven’t got a new machine but they do send cashiers out to help I’ve been there for 6 months now it’s not a terrible job just a Very unpredictable work environment and work scheduling
@@brianbooth3128 Are you still working as a cart pusher? I started as a cart pusher this week and was wondering if you'd be willing to share your experiences so far.
@@ChillExpressions it’s not terrible most of the managers are chill but at my store we don’t have that many carts so it’s never really any time to sit down but my advice to you would be try to stack up as many carts as you can before you go to lunch so you don’t have to struggle when you get back
I got a job a few months ago and have been lucky to have been treated well and paid enough for being only 15 years old. I get paid £20 a day and work 3 days a week. My boss is really nice and so is my co-worker Ian.
It's so sad to see that some places treat others like shit and don't appreciate that they're there for them to work. You did the right thing quitting because of what they did. I hope you find another job and do well in the future :)
Thank you for your support
where do you work
Just keep on (pushing) you will survive 😂😂
Thank you😂
Looked like nothing changed since when I was a cart pusher in 2009. It was hell for me too and with little money. Cart pushers deal with the most. Weather, cleaning the entire parking lot. I can’t remember what I made back then hourly but my checks were no more than 370 every 2 weeks. I called out and didn’t care so I was put on a D day. A week later I was relieved when they fired me. I found another job making double the pay in just one week. Managers would get food from the shelves, but they would only give us water. F*** 🖕🏾 Walmart!
As a current employee, cart attendance, everything in this video is 100% accurate.
You are so right nothing has changed. I work there right now and I only been there for 4 months and the managers sucked. They fired one of the good employees cause she missed days and the lazy workers get to stay. At this point if walmart fired me I would never work for walmart again
"We've had you on the schedule" literally only scheduled for two days
Ik right?
I miss you so much. I’m still glad your happy
Ooof
Regardless I'm glad you're making a decision, totally got your back. Especially when I hit affiliate bruddah

Hey man i give respect for going in and quitting to there face. And respect for recording how this went down. I quit over the phone after working as a overnight stocker, full time, for 3 weeks. Basically for me the job wasn't to bad but the managers and supervisors were treating me like complete garbage. They also put me in the section for stocking where it's like finding a needle in a hay stack. Dudes have like 30 packages of toilet paper to stock and then im given a skid of 200 boxs of shampoos with the same time limit as him. Or theres a guy who gets like 20 bags of dog food compared to my 150 boxs of deoterent. Just dumb managers working there man, I have had lot's of jobs but they are the worst. You can easily find a better job where they pay you higher and treat you better.
Thank you bro, it means a lot for your support. It really hurt me a lot because I been there for 2 years and they treated me nothing but garbage.
Also share my video to multiple people
About time bro

I'm so sorry to hear. Hope you eventually find a much better job
I've got interviews for taco bell, hope I make it in lol
Sorry for late reply but did you get the job? Also did you use Walmart as a reference?
Well I got a job into the plants and making good money
@@adventuregamingvital that's great! I assume ur working more hours there too
Yes, 5 days every week
Same problem but at Sam’s club. Worked as a cart pusher for 5 months and they treat us like shit and employees like shit. Like we dont mean value to them. Micromanagement and toxic management. 2 cart workers quit last year because of the bullcrap. New cart person 4 months ago and he quit a month later. They fuck our schedules up and is strict on cart capacity and then complain about no cart people and empty lobby and blame us for their shit. Im thinking bout quitting to work elsewhere. Its hell. Its more to it aswell
My mother took care of 6 kids herself and 3 adults with 500$ a month from ssi if your under the age of 25 and only have to worry about food clothes or a phone bill 600 a month even 300 a month is enough to take care of yourself you gotta learn to work with what you got also I’m a Walmart cart associate it’s not that bad I rather push carts and help shoppers here and there rather than deal with angry fast food customers 24/7 being around coworkers I know I’m not comfortable around etc I worked at sams club as a cart pusher I quit because I thought it was the worse the only jobs that would then hire me was fast food I realized it was way worse way more work I went to Walmart got hired decided to be a cart associate again and I’m happy with the job big tip pay attention to the weather if it’s cold later up if it’s hot dress for the warm weather and bring water also eat before you leave for work not all the time will you have money to pay for food at work
Well that's when you decide to get off your lazy ass and come up with a career that's going to make you successful. I don't want to waste my life not being heard. No offense.
@@adventuregamingvital yea same here I’m not trying to work till 70 and retire that’s not living life I want to experience the world and do things
Im sorry to hear about what you went through Walmart is a joke of a company and they don’t give a shit about there employees. A friend of mine used to work at Walmart and she absolutely hated it so she obviously quit and im glad you did to.
Thank you for your wonderful support🥺
Who ever was your manager at Walmart deserves to burn who in there right mind lays you off a week at a time. 2 weeks thi???? No thats unreal
That's why I couldn't handle being at Walmart anymore
I worked there for 2 and a half years until they fired me in the end. I was the only one that stayed more than two years the rest left after 1 day, 2 months 6 months tops. There were weeks from beginning shift to the end were I was completely alone in a big a** parking lot with lots of customers. I did have money but I had to look out for my health. Everything from customers to co workers to the head honcho manager were a pain in the a**. Good times and bad lol.
Ikr
I don't blame you man I hope you get a good paying job.
I always wanted to do CZcams as a career😀
I work as a cart pusher, on a good 2 weeks I could make about 1k (if I got a full 80 hour shift) but I feel your pain, hours always cut in half, really no one out to help, I’ll be out there and someone else won’t come in until an hour before my shift ends, basically meaning I worked 7 hours by my self while team leads and management pointed fingers, complain about there being no carts inside, that one cart man is enough for the entire parking lot, and even say stuff like “I was pushing more carts then you during your lunch” when they never did push a single one or if they did they pushed maybe 3 at most while be pushing in 10-20 by hand if the mule broken but if it does work it’s 20-50+ carts which all disappear on a Saturday
Couldn’t imagine workin full time cart pusher
What I hated the most is customers that just leave the buggies in the middle of road when corral right there. 2 pay sucks and when it's 1 person it's too much. 3 I hate when they leave garbage in cart.
That is the worse
@@adventuregamingvital the worst is when they leave buggies on the road and corral right there
You aren't wrong about that
Good video keep up the work.
Thank you for your amazing support. I appreciate it 🥺
@@adventuregamingvital No problem keep going you will get far in the right direction!
when u worked there did they tell u to move faster or pick up the pace when it’s busy like The weekends and you’re the one?😤
Yea pretty much. Especially since we almost clear the whole parking lot and then shop with a cop and the whole parking lot becomes a mess and they tell us we are doing a shitty job
Yooo my best friend right here, hard worker brother. Glad I can be here to assist in any way, otw to affiliate!!
Honestly tho I tried to get a transfer when I worked with wally world n they screwed me. Gave them each others number bc I was told to, never got my transfer and got terminated
Yeah it sucks to work at Walmart. They never get anything right and don't care about their employees. OTW To Affiliate
@@adventuregamingvital Hy!!! Ik how you feel my guy. N yessir
I can't believe they treated you like that, I hate toxic management and toxic work place
Yeah, management should of done better tbh.
I'm a cart pusher in a small Oklahoma town. Most of the shit we get is from customers. I'm the only adult cart pusher, the rest are minors so help doesn't come until after 2pm. It's nice because I'm left alone (mostly) but its physical work. I used to work on CAP 1 until my Lead stabbed me in the back.
Damn that sucks
proud of you
Thank you. Means a lot for your support.
We have three cart machines and none of them work, I have to hand push every cart into the loading area and load them, and since I’ve started I get no help after 7 pm, and I’m getting blamed for the extra carts in the lot. They act like it’s a one person job instead of a 2-3 person job. I’m really sick of it and I’m applying for fed ex tomorrow. If they hire me then I’m out of that shit hole.
I believe in you. I really hope you get the job. Let me know if they hire you!!
Thanks for the info
Great job on the video

I work at Walmart supercenter for 7 months as a cart attendant trust me I'd rather be a dishwasher toxic management not paid enough and only part time.
I work at a company but they abuse me and I am looking forward to leaving my company too.
Yeah management at Walmart is pretty crappy.... So I don't blame you for quitting.... I used to work 3rd shift stock and they would have us at the end of our shift after putting out 10-15 skids each and exhausted and at the end of our shift having us go out into the parking lot and get about 100 carts because they would not hire enough cart but yet on average most Walmart's have 35 manager / team leads in the store manager makes up to 200,000 k and coaches about 65k..... They hire the most corrupt Managers.... Almost each and every manager that I had to deal with their we're involved in some type of sexual impropriety.... The managers were always finding a dark corner somewhere where they could do their business with a fellow employee or another manager..... They would frequently go out all of them together and spend hours at a fancy restaurant.... Meanwhile they might have one manager running the store.... And if you're not in the manager click you're out..... If you get a good manager there are few and far in between and they're quickly attacked and sack by the bad ones.... The management where I was at was so bad.... That those workers that had been there more than a year more than five years more than 10 more than 20 even 30-year employees would not be recognized for their service but what they would do is they would put on a table in the back their service badges with no honor respect for decency given to these workers for their hard work.... This is why it would probably be better for Walmart to go Union at least they would become better treated.... In management couldn't just steamroll you !!
Hey dude I hope you get the money you need to pay and I'm here for you 😁
Thank you for your amazing support
Been a cart pusher for a month after working in cap 1 for almost 4 months I didn't like cap 1 much because it was tedious and monotonous like most jobs and I thought cart pushing would be a breeze. But man after working outside I got pretty frustrated with the. The schedule sucks and they expect so much from you but have you have you out there alone more than half of time so when your exhausted from pushing carts alone for like 3+hours even days you come off as lazy when it's not even the case. This company is such a joke
Walmart is a joke
I can’t believe you stayed for 2 years bro I quit after working for 2 months I was working by myself in the biggest Walmart in my city and I had to do 1 side of the store while it’s 107 degrees and I was getting treated like shit and yelled at for my coworker taking a 90-120 min lunch when our lunch is supposed to be 60-70 mins long so when it was time for my lunch I left and never came back
I was finna do cart pusher after calling back to back following up 3 time last Wednesday they tell me that they trying to keep staff very low with cart pusher told they will call back if they can find someone to interview me they called back same day told me come Thursday they was gone put me on night shift to clean up after I guess the others cart pushers I was contemplating on going last Thursday for interview but I didn't got they say night shift are but I didn't wanna do that I wanted a day but 1st time I called them before 3 weeks ago they telling me you get a call back within 3 days time goes by no call back so i call them 2 time they oh the reason why u haven't got a call because the team or who was in a meeting
Glad you made that your decision

I feel bad for you
Bro deadass I still work as a cart pusher n only making $13 an hr but by myself from 1pm-11pm mostly all the time n expected to do everything n have it clean by the end of the night. So man I feel ya
Im working in the plants and getting really good hours but also not working my self to death and we work as a team.
I heard they were upping the starting wage at Walmart to 20 bucks an hour or some shit. I mean most places it's 15 an hour now. I have a friend that works self checkout or whatever and he averages around 500 a week which is pretty damn good. If they up the wage to 20, it'll be around 600 a week.
In Alvin it's only 13
Are you still working as a cart pusher? I started as a cart pusher this week and was wondering if you'd be willing to share your experiences so far.
wait- how are you getting $13?! OGP gets more than me!! As does every department!
Bye Walmart ! 😂💥✌️
Yep😂
Nice bro
Yeet
Yeah they layed him off 2 weeks at a time, he went to work 1 time out of those 2 weeks, we have moved onto Uber Eats for now till we find another job.
I make a lot more doing Uber eats than walmart
Same story different store ( Target ) .
Also give me 6 work days that could easily be squeez into 4 days ( 8 hour days ) but they don’t want me to have days off .
Nice!
Yes
Bro just started didn’t even finish orientation n got made to go push carts
Wow that sucks
(I QUIT) I quit my job at Wal-Mart as a cart pusher 4years ago
Good video
I can relate to this and I work at walmart as of right now. They never pick up the phone but yet when you are not at work that's the only time they want to call your phone. And I only been here 4 months and this job is not all that and i'm getting 15 an hour. Management sucks and they fired one of the good workers who TRAINED ME BETTER than the managers and they let her go and kept all the lazy workers
It's really messed up tbh
@@adventuregamingvital it really is and I already got a "verbal warning" on tops stock, something the manager never trained me on properly and it's on my walmart record for a year and it's utterly ridiculous
Walmart sucks!!!
Yep
you already can tell by the manager
I worked at store stanadards for almost 2 years was top g smoked blunts behind Walmart with the other boys
I just realized your manager was gaslighting you. She said that you should’ve put a 2 week notice but yet they can fire an employee without a notice. I do believe when u said your were overworked, many jobs will give a worker too many tasks so they can avoid paying another worker to help out, they want to save money by not hiring people. Looks like Walmart doesn’t care about their own employees, if this is how they treat their cart pushers, i can only imagine how they treat the cashier, stockers. You did yourself a favor by quitting. You are worth more than just working at Walmart.
I recently became a cart pusher in Walmart my previous position was night maintenance and I hated it I don't enjoy night hours replacing trash is awful especially when cleaning toilet is involved making a baler for cardboard/plastic can be a bit annoying to there's even this one thing where you clean the floors with this robot cleaning machine but the darn thing works half the time and when it does finding a good spot to use it at is ridiculous all the workers bring in there wide pallets of stuff to shelf in the stuff one problem the sections are a bit small so the machine can't pass through easily 8 whole hours of this I can't take it anymore so I asked my boss for a switch of positions and managed to get cart pushing position now I don't like this job ether but it beats that garbage night shift.
I understand how you feel
How are you currently doing as a cart pusher? I started my as a cart pusher for Walmart this week and was wondering if you'd be willing to share your experiences so far.
@@ChillExpressions I can say weather can be annoying sometimes when it gets hot you need equipment to not get burn when it's raining you better have waterproof clothes ahead of time a including snow and I sometimes get the occasional customer asking for a mini cart we have like 6 of those and no less then 5 minutes there all gone and then customers end up asking for one but I always said they all being used and I remember this one customer approached me and starts cursing at me to which I have no idea why he's so mad and to approach me and cursing and the electric carts they are good to rest up your legs and ride them back in but when it's raining ugh it's so soaked it's even worse when the battery is dead
True
Hello new friend here quitting not means your lost but their lost take another adventure host thumbs up good luck
Thank you for your support♥️
Have you been making video game content?
I need to do that
Only reason I put up with it right now is because I know how to cheat the system a little bit, and get slightly longer breaks. And I take advantage of bathroom breaks, plus I get paid more than other cart pushers, I get paid $14 an hour instead of the usual $12
That's true
@@adventuregamingvital the only reason I'm getting paid 14 to do cart pushing is because I was an online shopper for a little while and they moved me to a different department but I guess since it wasn't a demotion they didn't want to change my pay for some reason, I'm not complaining though right now I'm enjoying four straight days off
That something I hate about Walmart because they will have many days off
@@adventuregamingvital the only reason I'm not upset with it is because I already have two other sources of income and Walmart is just a nice third. I understand a lot of other people need the hours which is why I understand when they quit but they did just work me 5 days in a row with 8-hour shifts in the blistering hot heat so a little break will do me some good.
Yes they would do that

My goodness so many things wrong with this video . Seriously your upset for being left outside for 2 hours by your self your poor thing . That to me sounds like you couldn’t handle it in the head who’s forcing you to go out there and bust your ass . If you say your by your self you need to pace your self and stand up to what needs to be going on mistakes . How to make it easier for your self your upset about your hours ? I heard her say in the video that your partner was out there all by him self . You could have easily shown up for all those days they had you off that’s called thinking . I’m sorry but I feel like it wasn’t Walmart’s fault .
Well you probably didn't seem the schedule I had. I had only a day or 2 a week of work. Most of the hours were only 4 hours a day
Also it's your opinion
