I have that amp... love it
It's a great little amp.
I usually leave the filters. Mainly because they generally test fine. Only time I do is if the dC ripple is apparent in hummmmmmmm.
I considered not replacing the filter caps but I figured since I had the amp opened up I would do a little preventive maintenance. I'm not discarding the old caps. I may be able to use them in troubleshooting other units.
