Wonderful info. Im making this as I drink kefir daily. Soooo easy this is.
I really like the taste of fresh kefir. But the cheese, i donno why, it just tastes too yeasty and weird for me. I ve tried mixing it with many different things but its just 😝😝😝 in my mouth 😮💨🤔
Maybe i ll just have to focus on consuming it fresh 😌
Yeah, I think the yogurt cheese is better.

Hey Donna! Love your content! Wondering Whether you can ferment potatoes or sweet potatoes, like say with yogurt or kefir? Also are there many different uses for the whey left over from making L Reuteri? Thx again! ☺️

I’ve made tzatziki with fresh dill! Great taste! With the whey, I’ve made soda but it always gets over-effervescent and gets wasted! 😢 I’m trying to figure out when it’s ready bc the remainder of the soda has excellent flavor!
