  • Quick Morning Stretch Routine
    Give yourself 5 to 10 minutes to feel better all day, your health and happiness is well worth a few minutes a day.
    This is a routine I recommend for first thing in the morning, role out of bed, drink a glass of water and do this. Although you can do it anytime during the day and get the benefits and you could also do it a few times a day or some of the stretches a few times a day.
