I currently live in Frisco, TX north of Dallas. Our current home is about 2.6m, and about 1500 sq Ft larger. I was getting excited to think we could possibly get something like this in Cali for cheaper with that view. Then we realized this video is 2 years old lol! This house is probably 3.5 million now if not more!

I almost bought a Home on Ocean way Laguna Beach Florida for $16,000,000 its beach Front and very private , But The Property TAX is a little over $177,000 a year thats a LOT . I live in The UK where i have just Sold my old house and for the same Value Home the House Tax is £6380 a year …. And my old house Had over 347 Acres and a separate Cottage… The finding out the $177,000 TAX is what stopped me from Buying … I now live in the Bahamas next to a Golf course , In a 11 Bed 3 story Private beach front and extra land next to me for $8.4 Million. And Property Tax is $35,000 a year …

Such gorgeousness; it truly is, but, it's got too much beautiful luxury in the home that looks moreso like a mansion ↗Such as I could go without the chandeliers for other light fixtures that cost much less and look beautiful and or luxurious also↗This a person talking that don't have a lot of money and or if had money to buy such beautiful, but, wanted to save money to not spend on very expensive of which really can't touch, but, to only look at.😁. ↗The stunning home has wine room that I could do without and it has furniture built in the closet that I could do without, but, to each person are their own choice to pick and choose their wants and or desire for certain beautiful luxury in homes of so big as like mansion style.😚↗Ummma give a thumbs up for the stunning beauty though.😘

The shots change extremely fast! Instead of the camera running smoothly and consistently, once it gives from one corner, then from another, then from a third - complete chaos! A lot of things can't be understood exactly where they are positioned. Can we see a plan for the distribution of house levels?
